It would get 5 stars but this model is a little tricky locking the handle in the upright position when your done.

I like the difference in how it turns, but the suction is not that much more than the Shark Navigator that I previously had. The left side of the ball gets really hot when I use it. I have watched a YouTube video to learn how to take it apart to check to see if something was stuck, but I didn't find anything. I wouldn't spend $200 on another one. It's ok, but overpriced for the same amount of work a good quality Shark gives.

Cons: heavy, does not stay in upright position well at all (constantly falls down), the detachable tube/hose combo is extremely awkward to use (plastic tube is WAY too long to maneuver is confined spaces), and the tube is VERY narrow so it is easily clogged.

The Dyson Ball Multi Floor weighs 17.37 lbs. When not in use, it is meant to be picked up by the cyclone handle when moving from one location to another. If you attempt to pull back on the handle, it will engage the vacuum into the vacuuming position.
We do offer a great selection of tools to help with accessing those awkward places with the hose.
