Not impressed with this cacuum

I was very unhapppy switching back. It is super big and bulky, no light on the front and you can’t adjust the suction. I couldn’t even vacuum 3 of my rugs because the carpet setting was too strong and the hard floor option you could barely push it across the rug. I have since switched back to Shark and am much happier.

We can confirm that the cleaner head on this machine is self-adjusting, meaning that it raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors. Ultimately, the machine being hard to push will likely be the result of suction forming an air tight seal between the cleaner head and the floor. While we don't expect issues to occur, Dyson does back your new machine from an authorized retailer with a free 5-year guarantee.

Vacuum functions great - attachments a pain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The attachments go on a little funky and the wand is difficult to get to latch. Also you often have to "double snap" it into place to get it to remain locked upright. Actual vacuum function is great.

Only negative for me is that because you can't adjust the height, it's impossible to vacuum smaller throw rugs, the suction is too powerful.
