Works well, no issues. Hose attachment kind or a pain but manageable. No complaints just liked my Shark a lil better and it costs less.

sales guy described it as the Ferrari of vacuums. its pretty good, but not sure the price is justified.

It does seem to work well. The only minus thing I can think of is that the container is a little small and I have to empty it more often than my previous vacuum.

this is an excellent vacuum cleaner, it only gets 4 stars because the design to get the hose off is very wonky.

The things you see being picked up is unbelievable especially when you know you keep a clean house.

The only disappointing feature is the extension cord - it is a bit stiff - could be more flexible. But as far as picking up dirt and pet hair it works great.
