One of the two machines that I bought was returned after a year because the plastic latch broke on the canister bin. Covered by Geek Squad, I received a full refund. The 2nd one belongs to my son and won’t suck - which sucks. I do not have a protection plan so will have to take it back to the vacuum repair man to see if it’s fixable.
