There is NO height adjustment on the unit so you can't adjust. Barely moves on the carpet. I called in and they said to bring it in. Too much of a hassle on a new vaccuum. Works fine on flooring but carpeting is problematic. I googled and saw other people having the same problem.

I had a Tyson before and the previous model was so easy to handle... this model is hard to push, is heavy... the suction is good but I would not recommend this model, find other models ... Tyson vacuums are great I’m dissatisfied with this specific one.
