When vacuuming a carpet the vacuum needs to be forcibly pushed back and forth. Would not recommend.

Sucks too hard

Certain carpets in my house, I have to drag! Can’t even push and pour, suction is way too hard! would be an amazing vacuum for flat carpets are hard floor only!

The filters should be completely dry before placing back into the machine. Drying times can vary due to the room temperature where they are being left to dry. Wobbly and unstable as you set it up you have to slam it to lock it and it just feels like it will break any minute Hard pass

Not worth the money

I was very excited to get my new ball vacuum but it performed lackluster from the moment I opened it. Within a couple of months, the separate tube lost all suction. I use my hand Dyson hand vacuum more because it's actually reliable. This thing is just a pain. I wish I could return it, but no matter your status with Best Buy, once that date has passed there's no returning anything! Just buy something else.

No more cheap vaccums!!!

I have bought to many cheap vaccums over the years, but not again after using the Dyson my house even smeels clean and this thing will pick up everything with it suction power. Easy to put together and lightweight. Will get into places I could not with the cheap ones( what I meen buy cheap ones are 49 to 100 dollars). I have a 1200 sq foot home with alot of carpet and need a good vaccum...well I got one now!!! I price checked it at another store for 238.00 and that is what I paid for this one.

The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. This gives the machine a streamlined profile, allowing access to tight spaces and lowering its center of gravity to make it lighter in the hand. Your machine will also feature a wand and extension hose for use with cleaning up high, under furniture and in hard to reach areas. Attachments may be used on both the wand as well as directly on the hose for added versatility.
The cleaner head on this machine is self-adjusting, meaning that it raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors. While there isn't a way to adjust the height of the head, the head will seal in suction across all floor types. Nice looking vacuum BUT has to returned

This is not a regular cheap price vacuum and it is a beautiful. But oh man when I started to vacuum it’s so heavy I couldn’t be able to do so. It’s sooo sooo heavy that it’s impossible for a regular size women to use. The vacuum is not moving at all even my 200 pounds 6’2” husband couldn’t be able to use. So disappointed!
