    Useless vacume

    This is my second vacume from the same dyson manufacturer, both of them has the same problem of brush head worn out most likely after some use, for my last vacume I had use warranty two time in five year and third time it’s out of warranty, so far this is one is first, don’t buy piece of junk.

    Poor on Plush Carpet

    If you have plush carpet do not buy a Dyson vacuum it can not be moved in fact it will even shut the brushbar off. There is no adjustment for suction which may help and no vacuum head adjustment so head just pulls tight to the carpet. Poor engineering and testing for plush carpet use.

    Dyson is a fake

    It looks expensive but it works badly. After 4 months it stopped picking up anything. Dyson is so unhelpful that it is embarrassing. They hung on on me at when tI called because I am a senior and could not read the serial number well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...go with shark.

    Disappointed outcome

    Read so many reviews and comparisons of upright vacuums and thought I had purchased the right vacuum. But it turned out to be very difficult to move the vacuum on the soft carpet. I read others had same issues before purchase but hoped it was not my case. I returned the item.

    Terrible customer service

    Rollerbar stripped out after a little over a year. Waited 3 weeks for replacement part and they sent the wrong part. The correct part is on backorder.

    I bought this on sale for $199 and returned it. I have two other dyson's that I love so I have a good benchmark for what a dyson should be able to do. I felt that this model had poor suction when the beater was not running.
