This is my 4th Dyson, but the quality control department DOES NOT check out all the parts anymore. I would still have the 1st Dyson but I have handed them down to my children as they have grown up and left home. The 3rd vacuum had a few little issues but were easy to fix. This new one preforms great but the red handle that is on the end of the hose dose not work properly. Once you take it out and use the hose it will not go back in place without twisting a lot on the handle to get it back on so the vacuum will operate. "Some vacuums do that and some don't". That was the response from the Geeks at the store. I am afraid I'm going to break it, twisting the handle to be able to use it. A vacuum that is as expensive as a Dyson should not have things that you have to fix after you by it.

Their bag-less design never seems to lose power or cleaning ability. They also feel like they are well made, the attachments and hoses snapping together with satisfying clicks. But, they are also pretty expensive, so it is great to get one at a reduced price. Sweet deal.
