Worth the money, best vacuum I have ever owned!!!!

I had a problem with the 1st model I bought. Luckily I also bought a geek squad protection plan. It was so easy. I brought the old model in. They replaced the model right there no questions asked. The new model has been working like a charm.

This is my third Dyson product purchase. I know that I can rely on Dyson’s quality to do a great job. Never disappointed. The only issue that I find that I don’t like is the quality of some of the parts of the vacuum. The materials are flimsier than my previously purchased items. I also don’t know if it is me or if this particular vacuum takes some finessing to get it to lock into the standing position.

Very satisfied with the quality of this vacuum! The sucking power is amazing! We can use the hard floor setting and it actually picks up litter stone and other heavier objects off the floor, unlike our previous vacuum. The carpet setting is extremely powerful too!

It is hard to make it stand up straight and it pops loud when you make it stand up.

Is it good? Yes... definitely the best on hardwood floors I've ever used... nothing comes flying out the back which is awesome... There's a few minor design flaws in my opinion with the most major one being that you have to remove the entire core to use the "wand" or whatever you want to call the detachable arm... other than that I really like it

This is actually the second one of these I have purchased. My SO needed a new vacuum, so I picked this one up and he absolutely loves it - particularly the reach on the wand. I'd probably buy a third Dyson if I ever need another one!

The Dyson has great suction. However, the vacuum is a little heavier than expected.

I wanted a Dyson and this was on sale. I would not have purchased at regular price. If price is not a concern, then you should be happy with this model. Use the compare option as they are helpful due to the variety of models that are available.

I love this vacuum! I have 2 big huge hairy dogs and this vacuum gets their hair plus more! We don't even wear shoes in the house and the container still gets full of hair, sand, etc! My only complaint is that you cannot go over area rugs - it's just too powerful and sucks them right into the rollers!
