WOW WOW WOW Can't say enough about how impressive this little vacuum is. I have cats and this vacuum sucks the cat hair up off of carpet like magic. Wish I had purchased it sooner. You will love it if you hav pets.

My other Dyson finally broke after 10 years. I say, "finally" because I really used it to the max with 2 boys and 2 cats. I could've fixed it but they wanted $150 for the part, so I made an executive decision to buy a new one. It is great!

I had a smaller Shark vacuum and decided to get something a big bigger, and I expected to be a bit let down, but was actually surprised. It handled well, has great ergonomics, and does an excellent job at vacuuming. Who would have thought?

Second Dyson we bought. Got it because we used the first one so much, we simply wore it out. Dyson support was great and they even paid for shipping both ways when I had an issue after 4+ years and they fixed it like new! Pretty cool.

I have had multiple relationships...with vacuums. The problem is, most of them aren't up to the challenge of keeping up with my 4 daughters' very long, thick, flowing hair, which gets absolutely everywhere. The Dyson works fine so far, but I do have to remove hair from the brush roller frequently. Anyway, we'll see how long it lasts...

We looked for quite a few months to find a decent Vaccuum. This one fits the bill. It picks up all our long-haired dogs hair! It does need to be emptied frequently, but that just means it’s picking up all the hair! Easy to maneuver too.

For years we've joked about buying one of these, mostly because we felt they were over rated/over priced. Got a good deal on it, so I bought one. It works, it's a vacuum.... its still overrated. Would I but another one..... only if I got a great deal, as I did with this one.

I bought this for my mom. She loves it. Strong suction, maybe too strong beater bar.

I recently got hardwood floors, dark ones and didn't heed all the warnings about the dog hair. I have two white dogs who shed constantly. It was a nightmare. I got a Roomba and it really didn't do more than move the fur around. Once i got this, i've never looked back.

No complaints. The vacuum does a great job, it's convenient, and it's easy to maneuver.

I've had a Dyson for 15 years that finally needed replacing. This model works just as well.

Wanted the pet model because the suction is supposed to be the best. This will work.
