Second, you can't adjust it for higher carpet. Third if you don't snap it completely put into upright position it falls back which is annoying. When you do snap it back it sounds like it's going to break. Trying to use the wand is a lesson is extreme patience. In a few months I will be chucking this vacuum at the same time we will be chucking the president.

The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. Recently it stated making a squeaky noise in the beater bar. Not completely happy with it.

Disappointed that "ball" on vacuum is too large to facilitate vacuuming under beds.
