I own a small condo and in the past only purchased sub $100 vacuums. Have a cat which sheds a lot during the summer was not ideal for those vacuums. The Dyson does the job well and love the fact I do not have to switch any button or lever to go from carpets to tile flooring to hardwood.

Dyson is the only vacuum I consider anymore. I have all the accessories so I just needed a second one since my first one is getting old. This was on sale so I could not pass it up.

The suction is great, but sometimes it's a little hard to control the vacuum's movement. I've had a Dyson for years, but this is my first ball one. It takes some getting used to, and even then, it gets a little wild sometimes! But overall, I really like it.

I just bought this Dyson vac yesterday and I must admit that I am extremely impressed. We tested all of its features and it did an amazing job! I look forward to using my Dyson for months/years to come!

I waited to be able to get this vacuum on sale. I had heard all the good reviews but couldn't pony up to pay the full price. so thankful that Best Buy had it as a Door Buster and I was able to purchase one with a hug discount. now that I have used the vacuum I understand the great reviews. the thing works as advertised and is simple to clean up afterwards. it's a must have for carpet/rug owners.

I loved my last Dyson Animal, So i decided to buy this Dyson Ball. It has great suction and a 5 year warranty. I'm still getting use to it after having my other one for 10 years. It just feels a bit cheaper made than my last Dyson. But still works great.

This vacuum picked up a substantial amount of dust from a carpet that appeared to be clean. It is worth the price and is easily cleaned. Don't hesitate for price if you want quality and ease of use.

There's a huge difference between the Dyson and out last vacuum. This one actually vacuums everything up and does not just push dirt around. It's a little loud on our tile floors, but not bad.

Worth every penny, this vacuum has cleaned my hardwood floors, carpets, cat litter, wood stove ashes, and every nook and cranny in my new home.

Purchased several vacuums over the years, trying to save money, and finally bit the bullet to buy the best brand -dyson! Wish I had done this years ago - fantastic cleaning!

This is a great all around vacuum, but not without opportunities for improvement. Positives - very light, strong vacuum power, easy to maneuver and store Cons - a little on the flimsy side (especially the cord holder). If you use vacuum storage bags, this vacuum arm attachment will not work to suck out the air. The design also leaves opportunity to break some parts which will ultimately result in costly repair. Overall, it was a good deal for the cost, just do your research based on your individual needs.

So far I have to say this vacuum really sucks! I mean that in a good way. I've owned electrolux and Kirby in the past. It beats the Electrolux and is right up there with the Kirby and if you get it on sale like I did, its an awesome deal! Lets see how long it lasts now.

We are coming from a Shark and got this Dyson when it was on sale at Best Buy. I never thought I would say this but it actually does perform a bit better than the Shark. The biggest advantage this model has over the Shark we used to have is that with this Dyson it is real easy to clean the bottom spinner where hair will get caught and eventually mess up your vacuum if you don't clean it. It is pricey but comes with a great warranty.

This is perfect for the house, for carpet and smooth floor covering. Picks up debree instead of just spreading it deeper into the floor. It's amazing how much dirt and dust this thing picks up

I have always seen the commercials about the Dyson vacuum but until you have it in front of you to see the suction that it has you just can't realize the cleaning ability which is awesome.

We caught this on sale, but even at regular price this would be a great deal. The suction of this vacuum is far superior to the Shark vacuum that we had/have.. I vacuumed a rug with the Shark then came right behind and vacuumed with the Dyson and picked up all kinds of stuff that the Shark missed. This is a keeper for sure!

This is the second Dyson we have owned. Should have kept the first one. I imagine it is still going strong. Cleans very well. Very important with the Grandchildren around.

we love are old dyson but it was time to replace - this one was perfect! we have a cat and a dog and have to vacuum every single day - this does the trick and then some!

Works as advertised - great vacuum! Lightweight, very powerful.

We had an old Dyson Animal that was getting tired, so we tried this new model out. Wow! Lot's of Power. Would highly recommend for high traffic areas with kids and pets.
