  • Brush bar not working after new carpet installed??

    Vacuum works fine on hard surfaces. It worked great on the old carpet, but had new carpet installed and the brush bar fails to spin, pull vacuum to the hard floor and it works fine. There is no hair or thread wrapped around the brush bar. The machine is brand new having only been used twice, once on the old carpet and once on the new carpet. Have no idea what the issue may be??

    when I received the won I purchased it was so broken I did not accept delivery. Nice job! Then instead of sending me a new one that was not damaged you claimed I declined the shipment. I wanted another that wasn't damaged but receive nothing. My advice to anyone buying from Best Buy online is not to.
