This vacuum is worth every penny. I got it on sale during a deal of the day and I would recommend this to anyone who has heavier messes to vacuum. You pay for the quality which is top notch. Has multiple settings so you can switch between carpet and floor.

this replaced a much older Dyson and it was incredible how much more dirt this picked up than the older one.

It is hard to buy into the hype of high dollar products, but this vacuum exceeded my expectations. It works very well on hard surface and carpets. The transition is extremely easy with the push of one button. If you need a vacuum that can tackle multiple surfaces and changes in height throughout your home, this is the one.

I am so glad I bought this vacuum!! I have 2 dogs and a cat. The dogs shed nonstop I swear, by the time they lose their winter coat it’s time to lose their summer coat. My previous vacuum sucked some up, but nothing even remotely compared to this. It has the carpet almost looking new, it’s insane!

This vacuum works great! It immediately made carpets look better. Easy to vacuum stairs and edges. Love it.

Performed as advertised. Easy to maneuver, cleans carpet and hard floors very well. Has good suction. Just wish it had a light for under furniture cleaning. Overall an excellent product.

This vacuum has been great. My wife was a little concerned with the weight but after she saw the dirt that it picked up she was a fan. Very easy to use and the dust collection system was very easy to empty. We would recommend this vacuum to others!

Just purchased this vacuum for my house that has carpets, wood floors and rugs and it does a fantastic job on them all.

Easy to assemble,very good suction, extension cord could be longer. l Love the futuristic look.

The suction power of this vacuum is powerful but there is a little bit of a learning curve and the lever clicks in and out of place In order to start use which feels cheap and unstable.

This vacuum is amazing on hardwood floors but is too powerful for carpet. If you are able to even push the vacuum across the carpet chances are the carpet will rip off of the tacks.

I wanted a Dyson for a while, and I finally got one this past Christmas. It's everything I thought It was going to be.

I love my new dyson. It is extremely lightweight making it easy to maneuver and carry. I am 24 weeks pregnant and have a two story home, so I love how easy it is to bring upstairs. The auction is great as well. It picks up so much dirt and dog hair from my carpet!

I replaced my old Dyson Animal, which provided many years of trouble free service, with this model. It takes a little while to get used to turning with the ball, but I was soon wheeling it around the house with no problems. As expected, it provides excellent suction power and leaves my carpet feeling fluffier. Certain parts feel a bit cheaper than my old Dyson (plastic vs. metal), but that's the trade-off for less bulk and lower weight. Time will tell if it will be as reliable.

I had a shark before this vacuum and this is 10x better with dog and cat hair!

Always wanted to get one of these but never did till now. Hands down the best vacuum I have ever owned.
