Even though it’s first generation for the price it does a great job of cleaning the floors

This vacuum is wonderful. I would highly recommend it. It's got some weight to it, but it's easy to handle and the pick up power is awesome. I little too strong to do my shag rugs, but outstanding on my carpeted areas.

So far I have been very pleased with this purchase. I bought it on the Deal of the Day for $200 and have not seen a better price even at the Club stores. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The suction power is also very strong. I would recommend.

Dyson makes excellent vacuum cleaners which clean much better than any other brands I have tried.

This vacuum works great. It has very good suction and adjusts well to different surfaces. Another bonus is that it is very easy for the user to maintain and to clear blockages from key areas; many areas have clips to allow access to remove clogs of debris if you get a blockage.

This is like no other! I love this vacuum. It has the strongest suction than any vacuum I ever owned. It is very heavy and kind of loud. I bought it when it went on sale. I would not buy it at regular price.

I have to admit, this vacuum really creates significant suction, more than any other vacuum I have ever had. If only it were actually practically usable, it would be great. That is where the issue with this vacuum lies, it was apparently designed by someone who never tried to clean anything. It works great for cleaning carpets in straight lines but it is god awful heavy, so good luck maneuvering this around on for example stairs. Using accessories like the crevice tool is near impossible, the spring coil in the hose is so strong that it is literally a workout to use it. You'll spend the entire time fighting the hose or causing the vacuum to fall over all the time. The hose is nothing short of a disaster and entirely unusable. I have had this vacuum for just about a year now and will be heading out today to just go buy a different vacuum, this one simply isn't usable.

Last vacuum I'll buy. Works great with no issues. Last one lasted 15 years and wanted a new one.
