Great Suction but sometimes too much suction

No longer to have to buy bags. However, I have had some issue with it working on a hall rug which is taller than my other wool rugs. I really have to pull or push the Dyson hard to move since it want to hang on to the rug. I have several scatter rugs and it will not work at all on them since it wants to suck them up and not let go. The pull-out hose is very stiff and hard to use the attachments. Good thing I also have a Kirby with awesome attachments.

I'm happy to hear how much you are enjoying the performance and suction of this vacuum, as well as the ease in which the clear dust bin empties. Your Ball Multi Floor features ball technology. This allows it to steer easily into difficult places with a simple turn of a wrist. The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. This gives the machine a streamlined profile, allowing access to tight spaces and lowering its center of gravity to make it lighter in the hand.
In regards to the hose, I can confirm that we would essentially expect the hose to become more flexible with time and use. A few tips we can provide would be attaching your accessories directly to your hose, as this will also help expedite stretching the elasticity of the hose. Dyson vacuums are engineered with versatility in mind and attachments may be used on either the wand or directly on the machine itself for added convenience. Also, when stretching the hose out we would recommend starting by stretching the part of the hose that is nearest to the vacuum first when extending this part to clean your home. We would actually recommend checking to ensure the wand is not obstructed and that the hose is not sucking into itself as the hose is not something we would expect to be an issue during use.

The vacuum was fairly light and overall performance was great however I wasn't impressed with having to use the vacuum upright to clean the stairs the hose provided wasn't long enough.

I have been very pleased with the vacuum cleaner that I owned for years. It was getting worn and not cleaning as well as I like so I felt it was time to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I purchased another Dyson and I am so pleased. I have a dog that sheds terribly. This vacuum cleaner does an incredible job! I highly recommend this product! And that says a lot for me...I’m very OCD with cleaning.

I got one of these a year or two after they came out and just this year I finally replaced the original.... Even though it still worked, I just gave it to a buddy. Very tough vacuums with no belt repairs and this thing will stuck the hair plugs out of Joe bidens head at a distance of 3 feet.
