Best buy was very quick in the picking up process. And, they were very helpful by carrying the heavy vacuum till my car's trunk. Eventhough, there was an installation instructions, It took a while to set up the vacuum for us. The packaging was good. All the parts of the vacuum was inside the box. My vacuum works very good. I like and trust Dyson. This is the main reason I purchased this. The only thing that I didnt like in this vacuum is its way more heavier than I expected. Thnak you for this good deal!

I’ve wanted a Dyson vacuum for quite awhile now but the prices are prohibitive. When Best Buy had a fantastic sale on this model, I jumped right on it. Using this vacuum on my 10 year old carpets actually lifted the nap and made my carpet look almost new. It was so much softer to walk on and looked so much cleaner. I am so happy I bought this vacuum from Best Buy.

I had to replace our old vacuum cleaner which is very heavy and outdated. This Dyson vacuum cleaner is a very smart decision for me. It has all the features I need, it does not weigh a lot, easy to operate, the cord is long enough to reach more space before I had to plug into another socket. Easy to clean. I have yet to use the other smaller vacuum tools that came with it, but I am definitely loving this around.

Purchased earlier model about 12 years ago and gave it to our son after college. Bought replacement on sale. At first, it seemed it wasn’t as good, but then I realized it looked like the carpets were just steam cleaned. This vacuum is No Joke! Paid $219 on sale but easily worth the $399 retail. ( I paid $500 12 years ago)

Good price and our 2nd Dyson, but 1st dyson ball machine. Comes as advertised and picks up a lot of things.

It's a Dyson. Enough Said. Dyson vacs have been on the cutting edge of suck for a long time now. Their innovation has taken it to the next level with the ball. We had the first generation that lasted many many years. We are looking forward to many more with this new addition to our family.

This vacuum is wonderful! I went from a very old Hoover upright to this and I couldnt believe the difference. Seems to get EVERYTHING. Believe the hype. The only con is price.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner on sale after buying a cheaper refurbished brand that I wasn’t completely happy with. It is extremely easy to use, easy to assemble and has the self drive that I needed that was awkward on the other vacuum I bought. It is easy to empty and easy to transport. I am very happy with my purchase!!
