This was a little tough to put all together but did complete. It picks up well and moves to lower position to go under chairs etc. Not as lightweight as I had hoped since I have carpet on two levels. Long cord which is a plus.

Works, strong suction power. So strong that if you're in a small room and you're vacuuming with the door closed, you'll find the room temperature to be really hot within a few minutes. Yeah, it's strong alright to product that much heat.

Great vacuum with no weakening suction. Got it for half price for deal of the day and couldn't be happier. No need for the best buy warranty as dyson has a 5 year included warranty.

I purchased this dyson because my shark had yet again lost suction (I had already had it replaced once with the warranty less then a year ago) my dyson pulls up so much dirt. It's so worth it.

We have only used it a couple if times but so far so good, it is lightweight, easy to maneuver and does a good job vacuuming. We purchased this to replace our Kirby we have had for 17 years, a true workhorse, I am interested to see the durability of this vacuum, lots of plastic, only time will tell the durability.

Never thought that a vacuum could make that much of a difference. We used our existing vacuum, then used the Dyson and it picked up so much more dog hair with the Dyson. Great purchase. Purchased it on Deal of the day.

Dyson makes some of the best vacuums out there and this is one of them. It’s amazing how clean a carpet seems to be until you run the Dyson over and you’ll pick up a canister full of dirt. I recommend it!

I loveyour new vacuum I've had others that disn't work half as good as this one.

This is my third Dyson and got a great deal on it. The suction is great , but this machine is pretty heavy compared to the DC-50 model. I would recommend checking all other dyson vaccums in store and go for the lightweight machines with equally good suction. 4 stars for quality and suction. 1 star subtracted for weight,

I've always wanted a Dyson and I finally received one as a gift. It's as great as I thought it would be. Super suction power. I've always had problem with needles from our Christmas tree clogging other vacuums but it didn't clog this one!

Easy to put together. It works great and it’s quiet. This was on sale at a wonderful price and I’m very glad I bought it. I don’t think I would be as impressed if it had been full price. I would highly recommend this if you can get it on sale.

Purchased this Dyson to replace the current vacuum that did a fairly decent job. After reading some online reviews, decided to give this model a try to hopefully get a better cleaning on the initial sweep. After several uses, it appears that the Dyson is certainly giving better results than the prior vacuum. The assembly directions were straightforward and easy to follow. No problems using the accessories that came with the vacuum. Emptying and replacing the collection container is a simple matter. The vacuum automatically adjusts to different floor surfaces as it's designed to do. For the most part, this product seems to leave the other vacuum "in the dust." The only slight concern at this time is that a few of the plastic parts appear as though they might not outlive the fine five year warranty on this product. Time will tell.

We bought this Dyson to replace our several years old Dyson Animal upright. We discovered right away that our old Dyson's brush was worn out compared to this vacuum. Very powerful brush, it will eat the edges of rugs. Certain rugs we turn the brush head off. it still has a lot of suction to clean the rugs. We are getting more debris in the waste container than the older vacuum. Since the old Dyson Animal is still running, I think we will purchase a replacement brush head. Still pretty loud, but expected. (never heard of a quiet vacuum) The filter system has been improved- much easier to access and clean. It has a longer cord. We are happy with this purchase.

This is by far, hands down THE BEST vacuum in the market. Enough said.

I've had this vacuum since 3/2018 and it's still going strong. I have two cats and it does an excellent job on carpets and does not leave a trace of cat fur. My carpets are spotless!
