I really really really really really like this vacuum

We have this vacuum for over 1 month now and we have used it 5 times. While using it one time the bag just pop out of the machine breaking a piece of plastic that we don’t know where it came from. I was about to return it at best buy but unfortunately, it was 1 day pass the return period. For now it still works. The other thing I don’t like about it is that not all connectors are included like the short tip that is used for couches or stairs with carpet. To buy that it will cost me $50-60. In summary, I bought this vacuum 50% off But it is still pricey even with the discount. You will not get all the connectors but you’ll have the basic connectors. The suction power of this is impressive after all it is a Dyson.

The Dyson Ball vacuum maneuvers easily and the suction power is great. To make the Dyson vacuum fantastic being able to have the cord rewind would be a great improvement. Having to manual wind the cord is disappointing.

Was amazed at how much our old vacuum was leaving behind in the carpet. This one made a huge difference. Powerful enough that the carpet feels warm after vacuuming!

My previous vacuum was a Hoover and it worked awesome for 2 years! Never had issues with it until the wheels broke off. When I took the vacuum back to Best Buy and used my insurance replacement I saw that this Dyson was half off and ordered it right away! The day it arrived I used it and it worked so well!!! I used it on my mats and the dirt trembles as its coming off! I use it on my laminate floor and tile as well because I notice that if I sweep there is fine dust that remains and it drives me crazy! This baby is awesome!! I have no regrets!! I wish I had an awesome paying job to buy another one as a gift for my mom! I LOVE IT!! And yes I am a Clean Freak!!

Works better than my Kirby n no bags to buy! I recommend the buy.

Some items you get what you pay for, and that's EXACTLY true in this case. After years of non-Dyson products I finally broke down and bought one. Excellent vacuum! Dyson knows what they are doing.

I love that some attachments are on board already...I had a Dyson years ago and traded it in for a Kirby which I hate and has tore up my floors...so back to the Dyson I go!!!

Finally replaced my 11-year old Dyson--only because it was so heavy. This one is awesome. So much lighter. I will never buy another vacuum brand--they last and last and pick up everything. Totally worth the money.

Crazy Strong vacuum with fantastic cleaning. I found that using the extension wand (as opposed to the floor vacuum) to get into tight spaces was a bit awkward - the hose part is short, and not flexible for full length - the end is rigid for the last foot - so it can't get into as tight of space.

Little difficult to assemble, because there's several pieces and not really good instructions (just pictures). But once it's assembled, it really does work great! I'd definitely buy it again.

Meets all your expectations of advertisements. Well boxed , good quality, suction unreal vacuumed right after old vacuum and wow what my shark missed.

Good vacuum for multiple usage, but tends to heat up very quickly. Could be good or bad, but it gets the job done.

This purchase was to replace a Dyson that was more than 10 years old (still worked, but had duct tape and beater bar only worked going forward). This Dyson is definately a great replacement!
