Awesome! Good buy for the quality, takes getting used used to though.

Overall, the vacuum is very powerful, with great suction. The multi-floor function is convenient and efficient. The only negative is the vacuum is a bit heavy to carry up stairs and the handle is a little large so the grip is tough on my palm/thumb area.

Bought one for myself then one for my fiance parents.

My first option was V8 Animal but i kept change it, because i was always getting one that didn’t charge and the second was supposed to be “NEW BOX” but when we opening was dirty, had finger print and dust We complain and the best buy ppl said it is was a new box idk why was dirty. Like -_- really I was very disappointed but an other seller convinced me to try an other DYSON , i was just thinking to get a different brand and cheap but OK the third DYSON i will give a try .So far this is my opinion about this product - little heavy for me - You feel like hot air when you are using it which mean the room you are cleaning get hot . - It is easy to clean

I have a really nice bag vacuum, but my better half has always wanted a Dyson. I am impressed with the cleaning power. Bag-less isn't as dirty as I heard. Picks up a lot of dirt, and it's easy to clean.

Worth every penny. Either spend the money now or tater.

Does what it should! Best vacuum I've ever owned. Picks up more than I expected, especially when I thought my other vacuum had done a great job!

easy to assemble and clean, works well. I'm not sure what the distinction is from upper end models. I don't have pets to contend with for hair.

I boiught this because my old Dyson finally started to die (10+) yrs old. Dyson is the only brand I would consider, I have been nothing but pleased with their vacuums, excited to get the next generation!!

This has got to one of the best purchases ever. Easy to use, easy to clean, and has been reliable as any previous vacuum. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice and reliable vacuum

this is my 3rd Dyson and I love it, we had on the the handheld ones and it broke where the tube meets the head.... after getting the ball there is no turning back this think works so much better!!!

This vacuum picked up my pets hair with no problems

This is only my second Dyson purchase , after 10+ years even though it was still running I needed the power of a new one. As usual amazed at the power and shocked about what wasn’t picked up in the past!

I have had 3 brands of vacuums in the last 2 years. I wanted one that would raise my nap and also when I move furniture lift up the matted down carpet. This vacuum is the best ever.

I love my Dyson. I thought our vacuum was ok, but when I used the Dyson the next day I couldn't believe what had been left in the carpet. The only thing I don't like is the hose on it. It can extend pretty far, but you have to keep you foot on the base to keep it steady.
