We have a dyson that lasted 12 years and now I have a second one. This is super. A little lighter than the other one makes it easy to carry upstairs. We love it.

This is my 3rd Dyson, It was the cheapest price wise and definitely the made the cheapest as well. It seems to work fine, but its so much more flimsy I worry about how long it will last.

For the money it’s a good vacuum. I did get it on sale. Suction is very powerful. I have a dyson dc 25 that is old and doesn’t have this powerful suction yet it’s better made. This one has flimsy parts which is a big disappointment.

Better than my first Dyson (after 15 years, retired as a car vacuum). Lighter, easier to maneuver, and very strong suction. Can't go wrong if you want the best.

We bought the Dyson Ball. It works really well...a little too well. It's a little difficult to maneuver on our shag carpet and area rugs due to the strong suction. I thought that it would auto-adjust itself but unfortunately it didn't. Works great on floors though!

I love the Dyson vacuum and the suction is amazing but for the price I would expect a retractable cord. Yes, I know this is picky but winding a cord and at times can get tangled is a pain.

We have quite a few dyson products since they're all relatively pricey typically wait until they go on sale. We have been happy with all the purchases this vacuum cleaner is a little heavier than some but is very maneuverable and does a wonderful job cleaning.

This was a great investment! It has worked wonders for my time and my carpets. Also help reach ceiling areas to get the dust!

I like this vacuum. It has great power and durability. I would say I was very surprised that my Shark has a better turning mechanism than the ball. I expected the ball to be the best, but Shark beat Dyson on this one.

I just got this Dyson ball upright vacuum cleaner . It has good suction and it adjusts itself on different flooring like carpet or hardwood.

Caught this on sale before Christmas as a deal of the day. Well worth even paying full price! We've used Sharks for years, but the Dyson picks up so much more!

Putting it together was idiot proof. The power makes a tremendous difference in how your carpet looks. It is heavier than some if these stick models, but worth it!!

This Vacuum works very well, excellent suction and the ball system makes this vacuum maneuver like a sports car, I have always been impressed with Dyson Products.

Have only had for a few weeks, works great. It picks up better than my old vacuum. However, it is on the heavy side. I would not recommend for anyone with back problems or the elderly, since it takes some effort to push it around.

This is the best vacuum we ever purchased and got it on the deal of the day for $199. It easily transitions to all surfaces and suction is far above other vacuums.

I liked the product, initially had the product damaged at handle which made the process very bad. It got delayed for 2 weeks on my initial order. Later after finding the product was defective we were frustrated. Contacted Best Buy and they supported to provide another good one. Which delayed another 10 days. Finally the product has arrived and it was easy to fit and use if every subassembly is manufactured correct. We had good usage of dyson and helped our moving in easy.

This is the best vacuum I ever owned, I can't believe I was wasting so much money in other brands that did not last a year. Bestbuy price was the best.

Cons: This is not really a multi floor vacuum. At times the vacuum is too strong and doesn't work on certain carpets. Could have been built stronger. For the price some of the parts feel weak. Pricy compared to Shark vacuums. Pros: Strong suction.

Great suction, feels a little cheaper built than our previous Dyson but still a great vacuum. Definitely recommend this vacuum!

This is a great vacuum. The canister is a breeze to remove and I could see the difference on hardwood floors that I had just run a lesser vacuum across.
