I Love it. Goes from floor to carpet and vise versa without having to change. Had a Shark. It dead after 5 years. The Dyson Rules.

I was reluctant to purchase a high end vacuum but am completely satisfied with this purchase. I hadn't thought Dyson would perform this much better than my old vacuum.

It works great as an upright vacuum. Cleaned carpet and floors very well and easy to use as an upright. The hose design (for using attachments) is nice and compact, but both my wife and I found using the hose to be awkward.

Great vacuum, does a great job on per hair. We typically vacuum daily. I like how much faster it is to use and maneuver with the ball. Excellent vacuum.

Love our new vacuum, it gets all the dust bunnies. Extends to get under beds, corners, this is our 2nd one.

Easy to use on the carpet but a little less maneuverability on wood or flat surface other than carpet. Do not try to vacuum over small rugs for it will suck it up into the machine. The suction is very good.

I’ve had to original Dyson vacuum for around 12 years and loved it. Great price and excellent product. I’d definitely recommend it.

Absolutely love this vacuum. Works perfectly and is not heavy to carry up and down the stairs. Will be buying another one to have one on each floor.

The Dyson vacuum is awesome. It’s a little pricey but worth it. High quality vacuum with high powered suction. You won’t regret the purchase.

Use my old vacuum first and carpets looked great. Then used the Dyson and WOW couldn't believe how much dirt and pet hair it pulled out it almost filled cannister.

awesome vacuum, does the job, makes you feel like the rug got cleaned very clean and suction is legit.. the only downside is, it is heavy.. pushing the vacuum from room to room can get a bit tiresome.. especially when you're pregnant.

This Dyson is much better than the older Ball model that it replaces. That one rattled itself apart and had a needlessly complex design. This one seems much simpler and has better suction as well.

Great vacuum. Cleans carpet very well a hard floors too. No complaints. "Deal of the Day" price was very good.

A bit pricey but it's a quality product. Works VERY well. The motion of it took a bit to get used to, but easy to get used to. Emptying it is simple enough.

I really like this vacuum. I’ve had bissells and sharks and by this one has them beat with suction. The only thing I don’t like is how it’s heavier than the other brands but I’ll deal.
