Dyson has made a name for themselves by building products that are practical and work effectively. The Dyson Ball Vacuum is no exception and performs as you would expect a 400 dollar vacuum to perform. The price is up there, but is more than acceptable for a product that will last you 5 years. The shame you feel lugging another competitor to the repair facility or back to Bestbuy alone, justifies the price.

I already owned a Dyson at home and arrived at my dad's house to find that he had multiple vacuums and not a single one worked. I immediately went to Best Buy online site and purchase one for his house. I don't love housecleaning, but if I'm going to do it, I want a product that is going to work. The Dyson didn't disappoint. Easy to use, tools on board for immediate use when needed and the fabulous Dyson suction. It made quick order of vacuuming my father's floors including carpet and wood. Best Buy had it delivered to the front door in the middle of a Missouri winter in the middle of a pandemic. Need I say more?

The Dyson MultiFloor Bagless Upright Vacuum has the best suction of any vacuum I've bought! It is very easy to use and has great attachments for floors and upholstery! I would highly recommend this vacuum.

Great suction, very light and good cord length. Steering takes a little getting used to, and the hose design isn't great but it works well.

This vacuum is so powerful and lightweight. I would never go back to another brand.

I did a lot of research before I brought a new vacuum. I had a shark and even with cleaning the filter it began to lose it ability to pick up everything. So I knew it was time for a new one. I got the dyson and love it. After the first use I knew I made the right decision. Very happy with my choice and the vacuum.

the hype about dyson is pretty much on point... this dyson works great and def can see the cleaning effect from it. great suction and convenient design for the pull out attachment. the only thing that I don't know if I like is getting it in the upright position bc it makes a clicking sound and you have to tilt it up twice and that makes me feel I'm breaking it. other than that two thumbs up!

It works very well. Picks up all the dust and easy to use. It is lightweight and transition well from tile-wood-carpet.

I was not a Dyson fan, nor was I shopping for a Dyson. "Last year's models" went on sale and I couldn't resist to give it a try. Wow, I'm impressed and now a huge fan. I see why the huge dedicated following. The suction power on this thing is great. I see the difference. I love the bare floor option and the floating carpet head automatically adjust for different carpet thickness. The maneuverability in the ball and the feet automatically kicking themselves up and down. The 30' cord, - I plug into the hall and do several rooms before needing to unplug and move it. The ease of emptying the can is no different. The new ones with retracting filters or short ones look easier to empty. When it's time to replace I know what I'm looking for. Give it a try, you will not take it back!

Best vacuum ever! Very powerful and easy to use. Love that the attachments clip on the side of the vacuum for easy retrieval! My first Dyson and I’m seriously impressed!

I absolutely love this vacuum! I had a similar one to this but it got to the point where you couldn’t shut it off with the power button. So we figured we’d invest in the Animal Big Ball, we have animals. The only thing I liked about that one was that it was a Dyson. It was so big and unruly. So one day three years in my husband was using it, it made a terrible sound and started to smoke from the top of the ball. Thank God I bought the protection plan as I always do. Brought it back to the store, told them the issue and boom, got refunded what we originally paid for the big ball. So naturally I went back to the smaller version. This vacuum is a ten! We only buy Dyson now, you get what you pay for!!

The Dyson does a great job of cleaning and is very easy to use and maintain

Works well on multiple floor types (wood, tile, carpet). Easy clean up, lightweight, all the things that Dyson prides itself on.

We had dirt devil bagged vacuum. first day of use with the Dyson and it pulled a lot of dirt, dust and years of other stuff. over the past month it has cleaned up what the other left behind. Allergies have improved, this vacuum is significantly quieter and all around superior. I am very satisfied and would stick with this brand, I am a vacuum convert. Thank you Dyson.

Cleans well, easy to use and maneuver. Lightweight and easy to get up steps.

This vacuum compared to an older Dyson is much quieter. Works great, it's a Dyson. No more belt for the brush mechanism. It now has its own motor. Filters are washable. Depending on the floor type, to move the vacuum from room to room, it may be easier to lift the unit versus pushing on its wheels. The smaller wheels in the rear are a little difficult to push across carpet.

Very easy to put together. Light weight. Easy to use and does the job!
