Sucks too hard

Sucks too hard to use on medium pile rug. Doesn’t adjust high enough to use in rugs unless they are flat rugs. Won’t stay locked when off to roll away when done. This is VERY frustrating to me. I would have never thought I would dislike a vacuum because it sucks too hard. I wanted to return but didn’t-too much trouble. I will just have to use another one on my rug.

Dyson ball upright vacuums - including Dyson Ball Multifloor, have an active base plate which self-adjusts to create optimal contact with every floor type. This reduces air leaks and retains more suction power at the cleaner head. Dyson cleaner heads have been designed to maintain optimal contact with flooring to help ensure the best performance across both hard floors and carpet. As a result, while we don't expect problems to occur and experiences can vary from home to home, some high pile carpets may fill in the cleaner head resulting in an airtight seal.
