Sucks too hard

Sucks too hard to use on medium pile rug. Doesn’t adjust high enough to use in rugs unless they are flat rugs. Won’t stay locked when off to roll away when done. This is VERY frustrating to me. I would have never thought I would dislike a vacuum because it sucks too hard. I wanted to return but didn’t-too much trouble. I will just have to use another one on my rug.

Dyson ball upright vacuums - including Dyson Ball Multifloor, have an active base plate which self-adjusts to create optimal contact with every floor type. I have a Rainbow, but we also like Dyson uprights for an easy vacuum. The price was right. It was on sale and I had $50. Points available. So price was really minimal for the vacuum I bought. We were amazed at the great job. A little harder to push around as it is a full size upright, but so worth it. Thanks again Best Buy for a great quality purchase at a great price.
