This vacuum is well built, has good suction, works well. The only thing is its a bit heavy and takes a bit of muscle to control move.

I LOVED my previous vacuum, but it finally gave out. I heard lots of great things about Dyson vacuums, and it was on a great deal so I went for it. I'm still learning, but my biggest issue is the sucking accessory. It's not the best, and you have to be further away from whatever you are aiming for. Frustrating. It does a nice job on the rest of my house, but it still won't reach as far underneath some items in my home. Guess I'll stick with it, but if I find a great deal on my previous vacuum I'm grabbing it.

This is my second Dyson, it's great. The canister empties easily, and the ball engineering really maneuvers well.

This vacuum can go super deep and sucks all the hard to reach areas. 10/10 sucking skills.

We bought this to replace our older Dyson Animal. It works very well to keep our house clean from two boxers! Slightly different than the older models, but works very well!

This Vaccum is great. Lightweight with an intelligent design. I have only used it twice, waiting to see how it holds up.

its not a light machine to push around but has geat suction power,only usued twice so far so hopefully it ives me many years service

The suction on this vacuum is great. It's important to note, however, that if you have a thick, dense rug/carpet, it is extremely difficult to use this vacuum.

I bought the older model because I wanted the stength to clean persian rugs which this machine does, thorougly. I have Dyson vacuums for both my residences

great power, impressed, it picks all the fine dust from the carpet. this is after using my old vacuum cleaner

Vacuum lasted two times and brush would stop working. Sent to Dyson and they upgraded to the next better model. Works almost too well. Had so much suction you could not push it around. The brush head would suck too hard against the carpet. Got online and other people had the same problem. Cut the ends of the rubber seal on brush head to release some suction. Works great now and easy to push around.
