So convenient to be able to switch between hard floors and carpets within seconds. The attachments are handy, and it has amazing suction. My floors have never been cleaner!

Great power does a great job and not heavy to move around.

I have wood and carpet flooring throughout my house and it makes the transition while cleaning so easy. Not to mention the power it has, I swear it has brought my worn down carpet back to life.

For years I heard about the Dyson vacuums and stayed with the so called top other brands. Finally I gave in and bought a Dyson. It only took a few minutes to wonder why I hadn't bought one earlier. It immediately became apparent with putting it together - so simple - they even thought of that - then when I vacuumed my so called clean floor, I was amazed at how much my new Dyson picked up. It moves around so easily and everywhere. Dyson is the absolute best & greatest!

Just like the ads say, this thing has amazing suction. The wand is really long and is great for getting into ceiling corners. The dustbin is easy to empty, just make sure you hold it deep in the trash can or it can be messy. It has a few oddities: Getting it to go from standing to the rolling takes a hefty push, and getting it to stand up again is tricky. And the plastic just feels like it may not last. Things creak alot when you pick it up. Overall, as long as it holds up I'm happy with it.

Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. We literally have to vacuum every day because of our dog. We had our last Dyson for 7 years and it never lost suction. We only bought a new one because we used it so much it was starting to fall apart. Dyson's are worth the money.

So putting it together I need it to go to YouTube but other wise wow is great I have kids so with the mess they make wow this vacuum does wonders and is heavy for the ball part but I have rug in my second floor and well the vacuum hose extends like they were so smart to do this and because the ball is heavy the vacuum does not move while u vacuum up the stairs

This Dyson vacumn works absolutely great. Easy to use right out of the box. Lightweight and easy to handle, makes doing carpet on a stairway a breeze. The suction is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone needing a vacumn.

I got a great deal on this when it was on sale . It’s lightweight and easy to use. Works well in corners . I have two dogs and it does a much better job than my last vacuum at getting the dog hair.

I had always heard the hype about a Dyson, but it was just a vacuum cleaner - right! Well, I was wrong! I was in the market for a new vacuum and Best Buy had a deal of the day pricing that was in my ballpark. The first time I used it I had to check the canister to make sure that I had not vacuumed up the cat - it pulled so much up I was amazed. I have only had it 3 weeks and used it 4 times - and I love it. I had to put it together but the instructions were clear. d highly recommend. Had the carpets cleaned last week and the guy told me that I made an excellent choice!

The suction is great and it's bagless feature is very convenient to use. I like being able to empty after each vacuuming. Took some getting used to the change from a canister vacuum, but after two months I'm doing much better. It's not quite as easy to maneuver as I had expected, but it's not that bad. Wish it did have a retractable cord, but the housing required to have that feature would probably make the vacuum heavier than most people would like.

This thing has been awesome. It works like a charm with no issues at all. Wood, carpet, doesn't matter, it cleans them all and doesn't cost nearly as much as the higher end models.

Excellent suction easy to us mobility is easy slight enough to be carried around but all plastic head makes me nervous that I will break it if I hit something, could have a light in front too that would help
