It sucks.. not in the good way. It constantly tips over, gets stuck on its own cord, the cord is not nearly long enough. Its just a crap machine and im upset at myself spending the money on it. Do better, Dyson. Or just learn from me and buy a Kirby instead. This thing is nothing but agitation.

This vacuum offers over 250 air watts of suction power to tackle any size mess in your home, andthe 21' long cord ensures you have enough length to easily move about the room during a cleaning session. With regard to the unit tipping over in use, that shouldn't occur, as this vacuum does have self-righting technology, so if it does tip, it'll pull itself right back up into the proper position. We're sorry you had a bad experience, and we will strive to do better. I have had it for 2 months and works great. Make sure to empty the dirt container regularly. Don’t wait till it fills up.

I was able to go online at Best Buy and research a replacement, purchase it and get curbside pickup in 60 minutes. Vacuum was competitively priced to online retailers. Employees were efficient, fast and respectful. Best Buy is my new go to place for electronics!
