This vacuum is ones the best thing in my house I use it daily and wrk great

We have a long haired white Siberian Husky and his hair has permeated every pore of our existence. This vacuum sucks even the most integrated strands of hair from any surface we use it on. Lots of cool attachments and easy to use. Only drawback is it's heavy but burning a few more calories pushing it around is probably good for most

I was please to see how well it cleaned my carpets.

The vacuum has good suction. A little heavy to carry up the stairs. Can't vacuum under beds or furniture because of the ball. Doesn't seem to pick up objects close to the wall in front of it. Have to go sideways and that doesn't always work. Of course you can use attachments for close to the wall, but that's a hassle to me.

I have used it just a few times since I purchased it but I can tell it works great!, best vacuum cleaner I have had, great power and very easy to use.

Love the Dyson. It makes cleaning easy and quick. Picks up much more than old vacuum.

I've owed a Dyson sweeper since they came out. This purchase is my 3rd one.

Very good suction and much more quieter than our last vacuum. Has more tools. Seem a little harder to maneuver than our last Dyson.

I purchased this vacuum to replaced the thirteen year old Dyson DC17 that finally broke and I could no longer get replacement parts for it. After considerable use I can assure you that this vacuum will impress with it's capabilities. We have three dogs and two cats so pet hair is an issue. This vacuum easily outperformed the DC17 in the pet department picking up pet hair I didn't even know existed. Compared to the DC17 this vacuum is very quiet in use. About half the noise compared to my old vacuum. The collection bin is considerably smaller compared to my old Dyson and requires more frequent emptying but that isn't a big deal. This vacuum comes with a nice assortment of tools but what it doesn't include is the $50 hard surface floor tool. Our home is mostly hardwood and tile downstairs with the exception of the master bedroom so the floor tool was a must. Dyson should include this considering the cost of the vacuum! The other issue is that it is an outright lie to advertise this vacuum as "no filter maintenance" required. Not true! The vacuum has HEPA filters that will need to be replaced about once a year to keep the performance of the vacuum like new. Instead it should be advertised as no pre-filter maintenance required. Overall I would recommend this vacuum. The price is steep but in the end you do get what you pay for in performance. As I said, don't advertise as no filter maintenance when you have to replace filters and for the price Dyson needs to step up and include the hard surface floor tool instead of making it an accessory!

I purchased this based on other reviews and am very happy. It really picks up dirt and dog hair better than my expensive hoover.

Definitely out 'sucks' our old Shark, which was hard to believe. It rolls easily, has a great feel while you're using it, but is rather heavy if you are lugging it up and down a flight of stairs. The dirt it got out of carpet right after we had vacuumed with our old vacuum was rather frightening. Daughter thinks it's pretty too, haha!

It gets the job done l. I use it on carpet as well as hard floor and it works great.

Oh my God, Dyson has done it again. This vacuum cleaner is the best. Very easy to use. Cleans super. Bagless, I love it. Very easy handle so you can carry up and down. A+++++, very highly recommend

its an excellent vacuum for cleaning and removing dirt, the only downside is the weight. Its hard to move in tight spaces like stairways. It helps with my asthma and my flares are null now that we own this vacuum.

A little bit expensive but worth the money. Gets the carpet cleaner than my old one
