This thing picks up everything if not nailed down. Had a bag vacuum and thought it worked good but was tired of buy bags so after vacuuming one day picked this up. Ran the vacuum again after getting it home over what was just vacuumed and this thing was full. Pretty amazing that the other vacuum did do any better or is this just that much better.....appears to be that much better!

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It has great suction power. I have a dog that sheds all of the time and this vacuum handles it like a champ!

This is a great Vacuum, my only negative feedback would be the weight. Although it is a little heavy to transport it does maneuver well. The price is the price I just hope it last to get my money's worth out of it.

I had the original Dyson and it was so heavy. This model is so much easier to work with and does a great job getting the endless dog hair!

There is nothing better than Dyson for what it does. Great suction, great mobility. I love it.

I have two Aussies (which shed a LOT). I could vacuum daily and fill the canister, after the iRobot runs - super powerful and lots of accessories.

We are having a great time with the power of this device... The only downside is seeing how much dust you have been living in... We have only one cat and she is not a great shedder but it feels like we are getting more cat "stuff" out of our living area... We are VERY satisfied with the performance of our Dyson... We read all the reviews and agree with some of the plastic feel of not being strong... it is very strong but you have to learn you new piece of cleaning equipment so trust you will get better and better at navigating the ball design... have phun cleaning... our Dyson SUX

I got this while it was about 150$ off regular price. It came with a bunch of adapters we can use throughout the house. It was easy to put together and works great. Wish the canister was a bit bigger though

Somewhat hard to manipulate around furniture but works fine.

It was a huge upgrade from my last and after I used my old one and went to this, this still picked up a bunch of stuff my old one left that I could no see.

I love this thing!!! We have 4 daughters, 2 dogs and when we purchased this model when they first came out, we went from changing our air filters in house every 2 months to every 4. You can definitely see a difference in the air quality by the filters not being as dirty. I vacuum daily and it still amazes me how much it pulls from the carpets and fills the canister. Just bought 2nd one of this model and would highly recommend it to anyone with animals, long haired humans, and those with allergies!!

I upgraded from a Shark and am very happy with this vacuum cleaner. It is easy to use and I love all the attachments that come with it.

If anyone has animals (I have 2 dogs and 4 cats) you need this vacuum. It's unbelievable what you can get up with all the tools that come with it. Love it!!!

I will only buy this vacuum. It’s the best as picking up all the dirt in my carpets! I highly recommend anyone to buy a Dyson.

Looking for suction , this machine is the one , three long hair dogs and two cats. I use the machine everyday and the suction is always great.

My wife is small and had a hard time with our last vacuum. This one is heavy but it rolls so easy your not able to tell

This Dyson is a definite step up from the old one it replaced in our house. The cleaning ability is amazing. The only drawbacks are the maneuverability is not very good and it's hard to carry and heavy.
