Works great, sucks up tons of dirt and asks for more. Too bad the cord has to be hand coiled up. Leads to twisting of the wires inside.

We had our old Animal for 8 years, and then decided to buy a new one as it was starting to not work as well as it used to. These things are great!

This is my second Dyson and it is awesome. Very good suction and easy to go for carpet to hardwood.

Nicest vacuum I've used. My mother has a 1800 vacuum and I can go over carpets she just vacuumed and still fill the cup.

Over all great vaccum. Good suction. Only thing you need to check it every so often for clogging. It tends to clog at the bottom where it suctions all the dirt up

Great machine. Very glad we purchased and got a great deal on it. We use this just about everyday with the dogs and it is a lifesaver.

We didn't realize what weren't picking up until we purchased this vacuum. Tremendous suction, & gives an old carpet the feel of a new one.

It is worth the price. We had an older model of the animal and this one is much better. The only bad thing is the stand kinds sticks and seems cheap on that part but for a vacuum its great.

Well I have had about 5 different Dyson over many years. Most lesser models. But this is by far the best in power and suction.

I like the fact that I can operate the Dyson, although I am disabled.It is easy to adjust from carpet to floor and back again.

We bought this vacuum over several others even the one recommended by the sales person. We had a Shark vacuum and used it for years. The house would get vacuumed weekly. We put the Dyson to the test and even though the house had been cleaned earlier, we needed to empty the container TWICE proving that the Shark just didn't have the same cleaning capability as the Dyson. It is a great unit and quieter than our previous vacumms. We have already recommened the unit to several of our friends. We woiuld definitely use Dyson again.

Got this on sale to replace a old dyson. This had more suction power which i loved and was a big improvement to the old one.

On our third one now. This time the actual "inner ring" of one of the side panels on the ball actually broke off while vacuuming. Only had it for about 2 years. But as long as Best Buy is offering the warranty plan for around $100, it is better than spending $600 on a new one. Which I won't do again with dyson. Nice vacuum with great suction power but flimsy plastic components and not worth the asking price on these.

I love this vacuum. It cleans so well that I have to empty the cannister multiple times per room. GET ALL THAT PET HAIR!!!
