Posted .Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal. I am pleased to hear that it is working well. However, I am sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with the design.
The vacuum's key components have been engineered to fit inside the ball itself. This gives the machine a streamlined profile, allowing access to tight spaces and lowering its center of gravity to make it lighter in the hand.
Also, please rest assured, Dyson machines are made from polycarbonate ABS which is the same material used in riot shields and crash helmets. We subject them to 50,000 hours of testing and 550 individual tests. All of this to ensure they can withstand a lifetime's hard use.

I love my vacuum

I have 3 kids and a dog so vacuuming is a everyday event. This picks up all the dog dander and hair perfectly plus all the dirt from kids going in and out of house! Highly recommend this vacuum for busy homes like mine
