Works great! A little disappointed in the bin size, but it’s really not that big of a deal.

I was not interested in paying the "Dyson" price. After using the vacuum and all of the include attachments, I am very happy with the purchase.

Save your money and some frustration and just get the shark. We had a shark for years and thought we would be upgrading but absolutely not. None of the claims made on this vacuum appear to be true, especially not those about being capable of handling homes with pets. I’ve owned this vacuum for 6 months and miss my shark every time I use it. I’m also writing this review as I’m trying to diagnose replace a defected beater bar…..yea after only 6 months.

Never had one of these dyson. We have heard lot of good things. Well I will tell you this is the best vac we have ever owned!! Picks up pet so well. We would buy this again.

Love this product. I got the Dyson and purchased the extended warrantee. I had an issue with the first one I got, after 3 years (it would die after few min of use). I took it back to BB and they replaced it. Dyson is still the best!

The vacuum is really awesome. I have tried it on wood floors, stone floors, and carpet floors.

This is the best vaccuum I've ever had (I've only had a shark and Hoover) it really does pick up all the pet hair and I love the parts it comes with too for the couch especially! I wish it was more flexible when I use the hose... it's kind of stiff and hard to maneuver.. other than that I love it!

I always wanted a Dyson and when the dog ate the cord on the Shark, I went for it and wow!!! Go buy one and don’t hesitate!!

Great vacuum, I have older rug that’s pretty thick and this product does a great job getting deep down and picking up debris.

This Dyson has replaced an older Dyson model that we had. This one is more powerful than the previous one, and is still easy to use. We looked at other vacuum cleaners but stayed with Dyson.

We love this vacuum. The only thing is the plastic clip to the clean out canister has broken a few times. We had to use the warranty to get a replacement. Other than that, it’s great.

A great item by Dyson once again. We have the hand held also and this one replaces the Dyson we bought over 10 years ago. Have used it for awhile now with out any issues. It is actually a lot quieter than our last upright Dyson.

Great vacuum great for pet hair. Works great in tile floors. Never thought that there was so much dirt particles on floor.

This is an extreme vacuum with lots of attachment options especially those that get hair off furniture. We have 2 long haired cats and 2 large dogs. This vacuum helps us keep our sanity by managing the hair.

Highly recommended. Bought my granddaughter one for her apartment, had to have one myself! A little more bulky to use attachments because its an upright, but still worth the $.

As an owner of Dc14 that still works 11 years later this vacuum seems made to a lesser standard hopefully looks are deceiving. At the very least it still comes with 5 year warranty

I thought this would be the best vacuum On the planet. We have 2 Great Danes and they really Don't shed a lot. What disappoints me is that the dog hair falls out of the bottom Of the vacuum if It sits in one place when not using it. The ball squeaked from the first minute of use. Hair and dirt come up from The carpet and stick to the ball, so I feel Like I'm redistributing it through the room, not sucking it up. The hose kinks and stops suction when using the hand held; Where the end piece meets the actual hose. I do love the ease with which the canister dumps and is placed back on the unit. This will probably be my only Dyson vacuum cleaner

I Love the pet vac I have b5 dogs and 6 cats and live in the desert,my house kills vacuums but have had no problem with the warranty I wish Dyson would let me test their new pet vacs they are awesome and easy to clean

We’ve all heard about dyson and seen the commercials, all of this leading us to believe that dyson makes a far superior product. I thought the same thing so justified buying a $600 vacuum cause it was supposedly that much better. I was wrong though. Vacuuming the house went from easy and unnoticeable to frustrating and exhausting... I used to have a Eureka btw... Probably wasn’t even $100 when I bought it, and the spin brush gave out after like 6 months, but it worked well and cleaned up the dog hair and some dust. This dyson tho, besides being much heavier, lacks most of the features that I loved about my old vacuum. To start the thing comes with like twenty attachments, and I’ve used one of them(which could be better honestly) and there isn’t a single spot on the vacuum to attach any tools or even one tool, but don’t worry they give you an awkward fitting cloth bag to put all your useless tools into! The first thing that I notice trying out the vacuum is that it is super difficult to vacuum my bedroom floor because theres too much suction and NO HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT to compensate! The plastic handle flexes hardcore trying to get the thing to move. Then there’s the spin brush that starts automatically every time you start the vacuum, even tho there’s a button for it, so if you want to do your hard woods or rugs be ready to hit that button to turn it off really quick every single time you start it.. Also the hose is ridiculously unusable and impossible in any small space(which is usually where you want to use a hose, right?)along with all the silly attachments. But the worst most annoying thing about my new vacuum, is that when you’re all done and try and go into standing/locked position it for whatever reason fails to lock unless you really push it hard and make sure it locks. Thanks dyson!

We bought a dyson because it comes with a great warranty and best buy offers a warranty that stacks on top of the tyson warranty. Seriously a great vacuum and anything that can be warrantied for 9 years has to be a great product!
