I always wanted a Dyson and when the dog ate the cord on the Shark, I went for it and wow!!! Go buy one and don’t hesitate!!

Without a doubt the best vacuum I have ever owned. Picks up the hair from my constantly shedding yellow lab like it was never there. Super easy to empty and great not having a bag to change. Worth every penny.

Great vacuum, I have older rug that’s pretty thick and this product does a great job getting deep down and picking up debris.

I love Dyson and have had their vacuums for years. Great quality and they work well. Only reason not a 5 star review is because they are still very expensive and I don't believe I'm getting $300 in value over competitors products.

Great vacuum great for pet hair. Works great in tile floors. Never thought that there was so much dirt particles on floor.

This was a replacement.our prior one started giving us some minor issues and broughtvitvin for service. Because of warranty and total tech free replacement no questions asked.

Save your money and some frustration and just get the shark. We had a shark for years and thought we would be upgrading but absolutely not. None of the claims made on this vacuum appear to be true, especially not those about being capable of handling homes with pets. I’ve owned this vacuum for 6 months and miss my shark every time I use it. I’m also writing this review as I’m trying to diagnose replace a defected beater bar…..yea after only 6 months.

Very versatile and very amazing quick durable cleanups as a bachelor and a father of four pit bulls I recommend this vacuum highly

I haven't really use this vacuum yet. I have only tried it one time at a small area and I like it. I wish I could rate it at 5 stars I have a project going on and I don't want to use it until I replace the carpet so in the future I will probably be able to give more appreciation.

This vacuum is fantastic. Is it expensive? Yes. But my last dyson lasted just over 12 years. Do the math! The other uprights seem to last so much less. You won't be disappointed!

This works way better than the cordless version. I have the cordless one and I was astounded by how much more pet dander this picked up.

I had bought this for my mother after she had her dyson previous dyson for over 10 years. She absolutely loves this and it does a fantastic job in her house. They have two dogs and it picks up there hair easily.

I love my Dyson. I purchased a Dyson about 7 years ago and it's still working today but I decided to get a new vacuum because my daughter needed a vacuum. I will give her the older one and I'll use the new.

I bought this because my Shark vacuum died, it was really old, and heard fantastic things about Dyson and this vacuum. I've given this roughly 8 months of trying and finally just gave up on it. The assembly had quite a few parts but was relatively easy. I didn't like the fact the top of the handle had a vent and had suction so while I was using it, I found my clothing would constantly be sucked in it. The extender wand is a mult-step process where you lift a flap on the top vent, grab the shaft then release the button on the hose to "unlock" the shaft so you could clean next to baseboards and in corners. I could've overlooked all of these minor inconveniences however when it came to actual vaccuming I was less than amused. This could be just my household but I would need to vacuum things the size of cheerios and the gate on it was so low that it would just push it around. The suction was good on carpets but if you need to use it on a hard floor, forget it, it just pushes it around or doesn't pick it up. I have major buyers remorse on this product and won't plan to buy any Dyson related vacuums in the near future.

Very disappointed . I bought this model after my other Dyson of 11 years died. Very heavy and falls over a lot. I don't think it picks up like my old one. Won't even pick up pet food or popcorn kernels. You have to lift the vacuum and set it right down on top of them to get them to be sucked up. Overall I'm not impressed with my newer Dyson. But I'll keep it till she dies and will probably buy a shark cuz that's what all of my friends and family swear by.

This vacuum is a night and day difference from our old one. It cleans up the pet hair very well and doesn't leave any behind. Not a fan of the cord setup but you get used to it after a while.

These vacuums are great not only for there functions the power and longevity of the dyson is next to none our last one lasted 6 years with no problems great for pet owners and houses with children

This is the best vacuum, bar none. Simply put, NO FILTERS. It's equivalent to diving an exotic car that will never need maintenence. Only thing you need to do besides push it around is plug it in and dump the bin.

There is only one word to describe the Dyson "Amazing". It is unreal how much more dirt and dust the Dyson picks up compared to any other vacuum I've used in the past. I'm sold and will never own another brand..
