It works absolutely great on my carpet and rug but I also have laminate and tile floors and it’s not very good on them. I was very disappointed to say the least. Or maybe it’s just my particular vacuum that doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. I don’t know but I’m definitely going to get with Dyson about it.
