Finally needed to upgrade. Bought this one. Was excited. Had to replace it 3 times within 6 months. Suction was so poor, tank extremely small. My old Dyson purchased 2005 (entire roller head broke, everything else works great) still out sucks this vac 100%. The head is horrible, belt placement left center lines on carpet that drives me crazy. Have fam of 4, 2 dogs, carpet and hard wood. Vac usage 1 to 2 week. Poor performance all around and plastic parts compared to metal. Bought a shark apex animal lift away. (reviewed also) missing my older Dyson can't find parts.... ☹️
