This vacuum is absolutely awesome. Had to empty the bag after the first room the first time I used it. My old vacuum just didn’t even hold a flame to this thing.

Very well made. Nice and powerful and does a good job on the different carpets in my house. The one thing that is a bit disappointing is that when you try to empty it the dirt always gets clogged. You have to pull it out with your hand or stick something up in the tank to dislodge the clumps. Still on the fence as to whether it was worth the hefty price tag.

We love this vacuum. It has strong suction and always cleans well. Best thing about it is that it requires no maintenance at all!!

We got this because our son has bad allergies. We see less issues with allergen flare ups now. I'm impressed. I think it's a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Pick up is great. Extra cord very useful. One negative - when you stand it up not in use - then go to roll it to another location while turned off - the vacuum head does not stay locked in place. It is more of an annoyance than a problem.

We had our first Dyson for 14 years before replacing with the newer Animal model. We love our new vacuum. It gets the job done! We are Dyson customers for life!

It is a bit cumbersome to use but it really vacuums up everything and every ounce of dog hair on the carpet and the suction does not decrease as the canister fills. I love it so far.

Although this is a very expensive vacuum you cannot go wrong with Dyson. I use this mostly on my wood floors and the attachments make it easy to clean under the sofa without moving. Love cleaning the sofa with this vacuum. Highly recommend. Dyson replaced a missing attachment immediately when I called them.

I had a Dysons Animal previously for 13 years and loved it. However, over time and normal where and tear, I just didn't see the results as I had in the past. With proper maintenance, I was surprised it preformed for so long. I had a door to door vacuum sale person come to my door and do a demo. I was sure they wouldn't find much in our carpet. They bragged about how they used water and "no filters". He quickly took my only vacuum apart and showed the filters and how any vacuum on the market now has filter and would lose suction no matter what they promised they would not because of the air gabs. His vacuum did get out a lot of dirt and dog hair out of our carpet after he vacuum over and over. This just confirmed I did need a new vacuum. I purchased the new Dyson Big Ball Animal and absolutely love it! I love that there are no longer filers to clean and or replace. The suction is amazing and continued to pull up debris from the carpet that the door to door demo was done on! When I had the carpet professionally cleaned, I was told the carpet was not in bad shape at all. The only down fall is, I feel like the stability of the plastic used is not as great as my original vacuum. The attachments are not in user friendly places as and my old model and not all fit on board. The function of the vacuum is wonderful. This vacuum performed just as well if not better than a $2400 door to door sales brand with no mess!!!

This is a great vacuum for people who own dogs. Picks up dog hair on carpet and bare floors. Easy to empty and put back on vacuum.

It is amazing! I vacuumed one of my rooms with our old vacuum twice then got this for Christmas and vacuumed the room and was amazed by what it picked up. I love this vacuum.

Highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. I never had Dyson before, and now my life is changed with this helper! Such a powerful machine, I have 3 cats, hairs everywhere))) with Dyson it’s easy and fast clean furniture and floors!!! Amazing product

We've had a Dyson Animal for 6 years and it has worked very well. We bought this new Cinetic ball model with pretty high expectations and it has definitely delivered. It's lighter, easier to maneuver, noticeably quieter, and comes with every attachment you could ever want. My only criticism is that when it's turned off and your trying to roll it from on place to another it can be tricky to lean it back and roll it across the floor without the brush head snapping lose and engaging the floor(making it hard to transport).

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It is The perfect vacuum for a household that has any kind of animals . I Love my Dyson animal !!!! One very pleased customer

This vacuum is incredible! The suction is on its own level!! The ball function, size, weight, this is hands down the most expensive but best purchase ever.

This Vacuum has power to spare it picks up pet hair that my old vacuum leaves behind and with 3 cats and a dog that's a lot of hair. I have a a full container of hair each use. Only thing from giving it 5 stars is its pretty heavy.

Very good suction power and easy too empty! The attachments are great and easy to change.

This is my 4th Dyson & I couldn't be more satisfied with how it picks up pet hair from hardwood, tile, & carpeted floors. The attachments make whole home cleaning a breeze!
