We LOVE this vacuum already. It picked up so much stuff even when we thought the carpet was already clean. Very quiet and smooth. Worth every cent for my allergic family.

This vacuum is very easy to operate and clean out. We have 2 dogs that shed a good bit and with vacuuming twice a week it fills up the whole canister each time we vacuum. We also shampoo the high traffic areas of the house once a week and have noticed that the water went from being black every time even after vacuuming with our old vacuum to being more clear with just some black in it.

By far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It has superb sucking power that gets up dust & dirt from carpets and rugs. It is light weight, easy to clean. The only drawback I experienced was with the instructions that came with the product. It was difficult to follow how to make the connections with the parts.

I bought this after owning the previous Dyson Animal. I like how it includes all of the attachments and no more filters!

I would spend along time trying to get up my dogs hair out of the carpet now with this I go over it maybe three times and it's up compared to the 30- hour I was before

I've had a lot of different brands of vaccums in my lifetime, but I could never get myself to fork out the kind of money for a Dyson. I mean, how could a Dyson be that much better than other leading brands, right? So my latest vacuum died, and I had some gift cards saved up to take some of the sting out of the sticker shock of purchasing a Dyson. The first time I tried it out, I could not believe how well it worked. It picked up all kinds of pet hair, dust, and dirt that my other vacuums have been missing! I used to get on my hands and knees to scrape up matted down cat fur off the carpet with a pet brush before vacuuming my bedroom. With the Dyson, I was able to scoop it all up with a few passes. It's a difference you can see too, as you watch the cup fill up with all the nastiness you didn't even know you are living with. I also like that the Dyson is bagless. I guess that helps you get some of your money back in the long run not having to replace bags. For all you skeptics out there, take it from a former Dyson skeptic.... You will not be disappointed!

My Dyson - Cinetic Big Ball Animal vacuum cleaner has rescued my daughter and I from our severe allergies. It is a bagless upright and very easy to maneuver and maintain. It holds true to all its outstanding reviews from other satisfied customers. I could not ask for better performance in a vacuum! Love it!

Must have, if you have pets!! I vacuumed with my old vacuum. Then I vacuumed with the Dyson and was shocked at it pulled from my carpet!! Well worth the price!!

This vacuum is excellent. The only downside is that it is heavier than expected and that the dirt cup is smaller...much smaller than that of the original Dyson model (the purple vacuum) I have owned since 2002. My carpet looks so much better and people comment on how soft the fibers are on their feet now. I chose this model because Dyson claims that it "never loses suction" and because I am a satisfied Dyson customer, having owned a Dyson vacuum for the past 14 years.

This is way better than the Shark vacuum cleaner we had. Suction is very impressive and picks up everything. I especially like the furniture and anti-dust tools.

Finally splurged on a Dyson after replacing cheap vacuums every few years. This thing is a beast and definitely has more suction power than anything I've used prior. The accessories it came with are also key. The little couch vacuum attachment takes the cat and dog hair right off our sofas. The only cons are that it is quite heavy, probably attributable to the heavy duty motor. The assembly instructions also could have been a bit more clear. Other than that it works like a charm.

Best vacuum ever. Can use with ease. Easy to get to high spots without a bunch of fuss. Easy to dump dirt. No belts and filters to keep purchasing. The only downside is it can be a little heavy.

This is the most amazing vacuum cleaner I've ever owned! I vacuum the area rug that my dining room table sits on the lot. The first time I useed my Dyson to vacuum the same area I was amazed and horrified at how much dirt that had accumulated in that area that was not picked up by my last vacuum. It's very easy to use. Disposal of dirt is very easy. Definitely a good buy!

Dyson is a great choice for vacuum cleaners as they have minimal maintenance, yet clean like no other! While they may be a bit pricey, they last a long time!

I got this vacuum for myself for the new year. I was tired of changing and cleaning the filters. I love that this vacuum doesn't use any filters. When you vacuum you can smell the air is fresher, similar to having an air purifier. It had a very long cord to stretch across the room without having to unplug and replug to reach the other side of the room. What I didn't like was that it took a little more effort to unpack the vacuum, everything was packed tight and took a bit to figure out how to pull it out of the box without completely destroy the outter box. Also, the handle that you use to carry the Dyson feels cheap, like it could break at any moment, but hasn't yet. Other than that, the vacuum is a great buy, pricey but worth it!

We have the Dyson cordless which is a dream for fast clean ups that don't require a bunch of power. We bought the pet allergy Dyson to get that deep clean in the carpets and it hasn't let me down once. The attachments are great even though there about 5 of them I never use but they are there. The only down fall to the vacuum is that it is kind of clunky and difficult to control in certain situations, not nearly as nimble as the cordless, other than that best vacuum out there.

I've had a Dyson in the past, but I wasn't impressed with it over time. With 5 dogs, the filters would get clogged and technically it didn't lose total suction, but it lacked. When we decided it was time for a new vacuum, I had looked through reviews and just found the same small canisters and filters that would eventually plug. Then enter this Dyson. No filters to plug. Wish the canister was larger, but it definitely gets the job done and get's after the animal hair. With 3 dogs and a cat, we wanted to be sure the dust and dander was being lifted. So far, no complaints about this model.

Vacuum itself is a little heavy and big but does a good job with suction.

I use to buy Shark vacuums but their quality went down. Their customer service is horrible too. So I said let me try Dyson I know they are expensive but maybe they are better quality. Amazing product you will not regret it. It’s a great buy.
