Vacuum is awesome! Carpets are cleaner looking, no sneezing or coughing after playing on the carpet with the kids, less allergy problems with the family.

Our old DYSON Multifloor ($299) went out (our fault) and we debated getting a Kirby. After visiting the Alamo Ranch Best Buy to learn of and see this bad boy's capability it was a no brainer. This vacuum picked up dust the Kirby Demo team left behind in our carpet. With the zero maintenance filtration system and its ability to extract dust from our carpet like nothing else we've seen, this is hands down the best investment we've made for house cleaning. Well worth the extra $150 to not have to clean, replace or buy any filters or bags. Massive suction and cleaning power. Leaves your carpet clean and warm! Get you one while they're still on sale! The sales associate was thoroughly trained on the operation of this vacuum and provided a comprehensive overview. A must have!

This vacuum just feels better and seems a lot better constructed than the previous models that had lasted less than a year in our home each with light to moderate use on a majority of wood flooring. The accessory bag is very functional and seems well worth the extra money so far. I'm also excited to never change filters as this model utilizes permanent filters.

My new Dyson vacuum is the best vacuum ever! It beats any vacuum that I had so far! At first I was like just an expensive vacuum because of the name boy was I wrong! It is the Best Vacuum that I have ever used and so easy to clean. I love it! If you get a chance to buy one get it!

I'm sooo in love with this vacuum, I normally wouldn't pay this much for a vacuum but when you see the difference compared to other vaccums half the price it's absolutely hands down the best! Great for high places, hard floors & carpets! I will never go back to a different brand!

I vacummed my floor with my old vacumm first. Thought the floor was clean, ummm no! I went over it again with this one and OMG! I filled the canister with dog hair and dirt that the old one left behind. The vacumm is easy to use and is not bulky at all. Love it!!

The best vacuum to get if you have a dog. Our fur baby sheds a ton and this vacuum keeps the hair off of everything. It's big and clunky but does the job better than any other pet vacuum we've used. The accessories work well. The only complaint is that the cannister broke after a few years (on our first one) and we had to buy a new one. Other than that, this is a durable vacuum as long as you take care of it and properly clean it. Ultimately the air nozzles on the top of the cannister do get clogged with dust and it's virtually impossible to disassemble and clean out.

The Dyson Cinetic +Allergy vacuum is more than what I expected. Powerful vacuum that have revived my rug and no dust floating around. Great product

We find that this Dyson Cinetic Big Ball...or The Animal, is a wonderful product, sold by Best Buy. We are older...and through Covid #19 our hair, yes both my husband's and mine was just all over our carpet. We had had the Dyson before and it had lasted about 18 years...We got the new one because of the ball. It can maneuver under smaller areas and it simply turns on a dime...my husband loves using it. I find it is a little heavier than the old one...but we simply love it...and we always get the extend maintenance...

Works great. Emptying the unit is easy. vacuum is a bit heavy. I purchased the "animal "version. I wish that I had purchase a different model. (I have no pets). This is my second Dyson.

This is my 3 DYSON that I have purchased. I have had the DC 41 , this by far has the most suction ever.. we have two dogs that shed... and I vacuum most days twice a day.. this vacuum is a dream. Is slightly heavier. But not all that noticeable. Highly recommended this vacuum.

I love this vacuum because it has so many attachments for reaching literally any height or angle. I was surprised to find out how much dirt it was getting out of my carpet that I was missing with my old vacuum!

I have had a Dyson upright (DC07) vacuum cleaner for about 10 years. It has always been a good vacuum with great suction, but I have noticed it losing steam the last year or so. We decided to try this Cinetic Big Ball even though I was not sure about the ball and the way it moved around. This is a great vacuum and I am AMAZED with the amount of dirt being picked up. I have two cats and felt like my house was always clean, but this thing makes me feel like my carpets look amazing and they are super clean. I also love that it is an upright, has great maneuverability, and I like that unlike my other upright, it gets partially underneath the furniture, places where my older vacuum could never get. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve used this a couple of times and so far I like it. It picks up everything and pet hair doesn’t tangle. Strong suction. I don’t like that it is on the heavy side. I still have to get use to maneuvering it. Purchased on sale. I would not have paid the full price.
