Yes, it's an overpriced vacuum, but you know you want one, and it's still an overall great vacuum. The complaints I have are that it can be harder to turn on hardwood floors compared with carpet. The handle extension also feels a bit cheaper with the way it connected into the main unit. I kind of prefer my older one where you had to press a button to detach it.. just felt more solid. Haven't had any issues with it yet though.

This vacuum is great! It does a wonderful job picking up my German Shepherd's fur. It is good on both carpet and hard surfaces. It comes with a plethora of attachments. The only down side is its heavy to push & carry.

I was hesitant to spend this type of money for a vacuum. After having numerous cleaners over the years, this is by far worth it. I own 2 dogs and 2 cats. Very easy to use and lifts dirt/hair like a dream.

It really does have superior suction. Worth every penny.

Dissection power on this vacuum cleaner is amazing. Your carpet will look brand-new. Tis vaccum cleaner is very simple to put together and is very easy to use! Also very easy to clean the bagless filter.

If you have pets, get a Dyson. Picks up hair and dust with ease. This thing is made to suck. Downside is Dysons are expensive.

I think my expectations for this vacuum were too high. I have a dog with thick hair (English Lab) and he sheds a lot. Thus I opted to drop serious cash for a good vacuum cleaner. It appears to have good suction that it promotes but nothing out of the ordinary that I can tell. I like the ball but I feel that will take some getting used to. Down side was I couldn't finish vacuuming the main floor (only actually got through about 1/2) before having to empty the container. Further the container prides it'self in being a one touch empty but that was not the case as I had to dig out the dog hair. Also the dog hair was not evenly distributed throughout the container so I feel if it had been I might have been able to finish an entire floor before emptying it. Over all I realize I have a hairy dog and that is probably why it has underwhelmed me. But I also feel like when you drop that amount of cash on a product, you expect a good product. I also feel like when you advertise things on a product and it doesn't perform, that's not ok and that's why it gets 3 stars. Sorry Dyson, I was a little disappointed.

The vacuum is not immediately intuitive. You should at least look at the pics to see how to put together. Once you get adjusted, it's a great sweeper. Lots of power and easy dump. The extension method is creative, but it always seems like there could be a better way.

This vacuum is easy to assemble and use. I used my old vacuum and then used this one and the dirt left behind by my old one was disturbing. I love that there is no filter and dumping the bin is quite easy!

This Dyson is everything I could want in a vacuum cleaner. Very easy to operate, comes with several attachments, & does a great job of vacuuming up even the smallest bits of sand in the carpet.

A bit pricey, but well worth it. Was amazed what this picked up after I used our old Dyson Animal immediately before trying this new one!

I love my new Dyson - Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy Upright Vacuum- Iron/Nickel. I enjoy how light weight it is compared to my old Kirby vacuum I owned before. This vacuum normally runs about $700 plus tax, but I saw the sale and bought it right away before the sale ended. I am very happy with my purchased. I also love how easy it is to clean out the bin and love that it is bag-less. No more having to buy bags, like I did before with my old Kirby vacuum. I would definitely purchase again if needed to.

Excellent vacuum for getting all the dogs’ hair off the carpet and furniture. Love all the accessories!
