I like the capability to clean the carpet and how silent it.

its a bit heavy but has great suction and a big cannister. I love it.

I have struggled through the years with vacuums that simple don't work. Dyson has always been the ultimate brand for vacuum but I always thought I couldn't afford it. Searching for quality we purchased the top of the line Dyson and I can't even say how happy we are to have made it! It is lightweight and having a puppy at the house daily you can see how much it picks up by how full the canister is...and the carpet/floors look and feel cleaner! So happy with purchase! LOVE IT!

I have a dog and a child and this is perfect for getting the hair up. The only thing I wish was different would be either an attachment or a setting for really high pile carpet (about 2 inches). My dog likes to destroy toys and I find the pieces in the carpet. It would be nice to be able to run the vacuum over it.

I will begin by stating that the suction on this vacuum is amazing! You can see it working as is quickly fills the canister. I have 3 dogs, a cat, and a bird so there is plenty to clean. I am however struggling with the weight. It is a bit cumbersome. The cord seems to add to it also. It gets caught and then pulls out of the wall a few times each session. I am sure that I wil get used to it but was frustrating to begin with. I would like to review again after the lifetime of the vacuum. That is always a concern of mine. I'm hoping for 15 years plus!

Love this vacuum! Cleans my house with breeze. Vacuum is a little heavy but it works splendidly!

Expensive but seems to be worth it for the supreme suction

This is my second Dyson vac and I am very happy with the product. The only downfall with it is that there is not a space to store the vac accessories on the vac itself like my older model. Overall. Dyson vacs are worth the money, because they do last a long time.

It does handle daily everyday cleaning, but when faced with a real tough mess (lots of pet hair, carpet that hasn't been cleaned in a while), it takes lots of passes and emptying of container. Also find that the container can "trap" dirt and pet hair and isn't easily dumped without having to dig this stuff out. I also find the extension hose/handle to be awkward to use and replace. My older Dyson did a much better job of this. Lastly, the locking mechanism to stand the vacuum upright is also clumsy. For the money I spent, I would expect it to be a bit more refined and better at more difficult cleanups.

Never in my life did I ever expect to spend $600 on a vacuum...and here we are. My girls love it and actually fight over who gets to vacuum the living room. Yes, this is my life. Thanks Mr. Dyson!

I LOVE MY DYSON! I love all the attachments and ease of getting the sweeper out to use 3x a day (I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, 1 wild child and I love to sweep) The only thing I miss about my old sweeper is the retractable cord, it was never an issue, so I'm not sure why my "luxury" sweeper is missing out! I will say I did have to do a return 2 weeks after buying, and then 2 weeks after that I had to take the sweeper to the repair shop and then sent to a Dyson shop, but there was a part that was replaced on all the new models. I haven't had an issue since getting it back.

This is the finest, and most amazing vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. It has been nothing short of amazing since the first time I used it. And it has continued to shine brilliantly ever since. I love using it, and my home is cleaner for it. Thank you Dyson!!

We had a +decade old dyson that decided to finally fail. The old unit had done a good job over the years but now that we have the new Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy I wish I had replaced it sooner. Everything is much cleaner now.

I have a dog and two three year olds, so a great vacuum was a must. This thing picks up all the fur, sand, dirt and food anyone throws at it. The only down side is that it's not as easy to maneuver as the older dyson ball we had. In fact, my shoulder is a bit sore after pushing it around. I guess it's a little extra work out!

this is a great vacuum picks up so much dust and fine dirt. and is great for pet hair it really works hard. I do not like that it doesnl't fit under furniture, I wish I tried the canister plus this is hard to manuver around but as I said it does really clean

I have been wanting a Dyson for some time. I just didn't see myself paying so much. But now I understand why they are so pricey... They work great

Works great on all floors. Love all the attachments as well.
