I had the DC65 animal which broke. Fortunately we bought the warranty so ended up getting this one. I used this over where we used the dc65 earlier that day and this picked up way more dog hair. Great buy if you have animals.

This vacuum sucks up a lot of dirt. But, when I stand it up and try to wheel it to another area it always comes out of position causing the floor piece to crash onto the floor. It’s also a lot heavier than I thought. My 85 yo mother has difficulty using, wish it wasn’t too late to exchange for the Dyson stick vacuum.

I needed a vacuum that could handle 3 large dogs and the shedding and messes they can cause. This vacuum can definitely handle their hair and the messes. The suction is great and it works on both carpet and hard floors. I haven't tried all of the attachments yet but the attachment suction is also great. The only negative I can find is that when you dump out sometimes you have to shake to get it all out and that can cause dust to spill out of the trash can a little. Also the instructions to put it together are pretty basic so there was a little bit of a struggle to get it together and get it running initially.

My original Dyson animal vacuum, was Losing suction. It had been fixed several times locally. It just wasn’t doing the job, so I decided to get the new Dyson animal rollerball vacuum, and wow!!! Though you really couldn’t see the dirt in my living room, the new Dyson filled up a canister and a half of dirt/dust! Amazing!

This is the best vacuum cleaner we have ever owned. Easy to use and clean out. Very powerful and nimble in tight areas.

Our first Dyson lasted over 20 years -- we are constantly amazed at how much more dust and dirt this machine extracts from our carpets as compared to other vacuums and how much healthier the house is

The Dyson vacuum has extra strong suction and works both on carpets and on my tile and hardwood floors.

I purchased this vacuum and thought I loved it, until it stopped working. The roller wouldn't turn anymore. I took iy back to Best Buy and they couldn't fix it so I got a new one. I have used it for a few months and the same thing happened again. I will be returning it and not purchasing this same vacuum again. The service at Best Buy is great but this particular vacuum just doesn't work for me.

We bought our first Dyson the DC07 about 10 years ago and loved it. It still pulls strong but we wanted to get a new vacuum because we felt like it didn't pull fine dust and didn't adjust well to different floor types and carpets. The new Cinetic moves across floor types flawlessly and is picking up very fine dust out of carpets. The tools are amazing; you can clean every surface. And the no filter is amazing. The ball takes getting used to but after a while it becomes second nature.

Works great if you have a house with pets. You can also turn the brush motor off to use on hardwood floors and doesn't damage the wood. It is also very light for carrying up stairs and is relatively quiet while in use.

It's quite impressive how much dirt (and my girlfriend's hair) this thing found literally right under our feet. Dyson has earned their bragging rights in my book.

I have had 2 dyson vacuums over the years and they have taken a beating. They get a workout in my house, I have a lot of foot traffic-grandkids and 5 animals. Last one was retired because I broke it, not because it wore out. This new one is fantastic. Vacuum suction is great, has several new attachments and old attachments can be used with new machine. Has clear plastic above beater bar so you can see it working or if there is a problem.

This is our second Dyson. The first one is still running great but we have moved it to a lake house. We got the Big Ball this time. Great suction and simple to assemble.

I love this vacuume. It wasnt that expensive (compared to other high end vacs) and does a great job. I love all the attachments. Makes cleaning faster amd easier

I purchased this vac when my wife and I moved from a home with a central vacuum to a condo unit and we needed a good replacement from what we were used to. I knew of the brand as family members own Dyson's and decided to do my own research about the brand & product. We have two dogs, one that sheds a ton and we love how well the Dyson performs in our home. They only thing I really don't like is the fact that the vacuum will often tilt back down to the operating position if you don't forcefully set the vac in the upright position until it clicks. Other than that nothing else to complain about.

I have 2 dogs that shed A LOT! This vacuum is amazing! I am always in awe of the amount of hair it picks up every time! Other than being a little heavy, I love it!

Great suction and pickup. A little heavy moving around but the wide head makes up for it. Ball is maneuverable.
