I love this vaccume, it was worth splurging for.. i don't have an allergy attack while cleaning anymore and my couches are pet hair free. The only thing I'm ify on is when stretching out the hose the vacuum doesn't seem to have a wheel lock so the base of the vaccume is always rolling toward the back of your legs. If that makes sense. The suction makes up for it tho.. and all attachments are included. Score.

This was a very expensive vacuum and I was worried but spending so much for this but after using it, this is the best vacuum I have ever used. The ball is a bit awkward but once you get used to it, you understand the logic behind it.

1st Dyson vacuum. Could not believe how much dirt was picked up from our previous vacuum. Easy to use! Dyson is worth the extra cost. Would not go back to previous brand.

I am a small person and until I purchased his vacuum cleaner. I wish I had purchased the smaller version of this cleaner. It is difficult to use. It does a great job however in cleaning. I do like the fantastic job it does. However, it is like moving a 500 pound elephant. It is difficult to move around furniture. It does not turn very well, I am used to a very low weight Orek. However, that company went out of business. This job does a better job cleaning than the Orek, and it is bagless; however, it is difficult to maneuver.

I had the DC65 animal which broke. Fortunately we bought the warranty so ended up getting this one. I used this over where we used the dc65 earlier that day and this picked up way more dog hair. Great buy if you have animals.

I needed a vacuum that could handle 3 large dogs and the shedding and messes they can cause. This vacuum can definitely handle their hair and the messes. The suction is great and it works on both carpet and hard floors. I haven't tried all of the attachments yet but the attachment suction is also great. The only negative I can find is that when you dump out sometimes you have to shake to get it all out and that can cause dust to spill out of the trash can a little. Also the instructions to put it together are pretty basic so there was a little bit of a struggle to get it together and get it running initially.

We absolutely love this vacuum, my wife had bought a knock off Dyson online and thought it did a good job.… She was blown away when I bought the real thing and saw how much dirt and dust and pet hair it sucked out of the carpet AFTER she had just used her vacuum. Dyson for the win!

Great product works great. Picks up everything and easy to maneuver

The Dyson vacuum has extra strong suction and works both on carpets and on my tile and hardwood floors.

We bought our first Dyson the DC07 about 10 years ago and loved it. It still pulls strong but we wanted to get a new vacuum because we felt like it didn't pull fine dust and didn't adjust well to different floor types and carpets. The new Cinetic moves across floor types flawlessly and is picking up very fine dust out of carpets. The tools are amazing; you can clean every surface. And the no filter is amazing. The ball takes getting used to but after a while it becomes second nature.

I have had 2 dyson vacuums over the years and they have taken a beating. They get a workout in my house, I have a lot of foot traffic-grandkids and 5 animals. Last one was retired because I broke it, not because it wore out. This new one is fantastic. Vacuum suction is great, has several new attachments and old attachments can be used with new machine. Has clear plastic above beater bar so you can see it working or if there is a problem.

Works great if you have a house with pets. You can also turn the brush motor off to use on hardwood floors and doesn't damage the wood. It is also very light for carrying up stairs and is relatively quiet while in use.

It's quite impressive how much dirt (and my girlfriend's hair) this thing found literally right under our feet. Dyson has earned their bragging rights in my book.

I love this vacuume. It wasnt that expensive (compared to other high end vacs) and does a great job. I love all the attachments. Makes cleaning faster amd easier

This is our second Dyson. The first one is still running great but we have moved it to a lake house. We got the Big Ball this time. Great suction and simple to assemble.
