We have had this Dyson vacuum cleaner for over a year now and I am still in love with it! I am always amazed at how much dust and dirt the Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy picks up and it makes me feel a little better about having a little one crawling on the carpet. We had one minor issue (user error), but customer service set us up with a repair shop and the vacuum was fixed asap. Love it!!

I have owned and sold many bagless vacuums in the past and this by far has been the best one. We bought this vacuum to replace a stain animal that was about 6 years old. While the older vacuum still preformed strongly we wanted to get one that didn't have any filters. This one picked up almost double the hair in a single pass in the living room as the old one. That was after we ran the old one over it.

I am so disappointed in this vacuum and all of the hype about Dyson vacuums. I researched at length for the best vacuum for dog fur (golden retriever) and family seasonal & dust allergies and ultimately made the investment in this vacuum secretly praying it would live up to the the hype and specifications. It failed. Miserably. I am so upset to have wasted hundreds of dollars just to have a vacuum shoot the dirt out from under, scattering it across the floors. I spent a year+ giving it a try. The clean up anfter vacuuming was more work than vacuuming. Ridiculous. And now, this ridiculously expensive hyped-up Dyson vacuum sits unused in my garage and a daily reminder of my wasted money. I would love my money back but can’t seem to reach anyone. I went back to a Shark reluctantly but found great results with their Shark Rotater for pets & allergies. The price was so much better, too. This Dyson for pets and allergies was a complete waste of my money. So upsetting. Shop Shark.

very good vacuum, powerfull, amazing tools. one note, it is a little heavy but is one of the few models for allergies (guaranteed).

I had an older model of a Dyson (no ball) and liked it a lot. However, this new model with the cinetic big ball maneuvers around things much easier. It is great on pet hair too!

We love this vacuum. I gave it four stars because the pet hair gets stuck in the bag less filter. You have to remove the outer cover and clean it out sometimes. For the price we paid, it should be flawless. Over all better than others.

Hands down it is the best vacuum I have ever had. The only issue I have with owning it is now have purchased three of the Dyson hand held V6 models because this one has been so good. I should have spent the extra money a long time ago and bought one of these. You will not believe what this thing pulls out of your carpet even if you use your old vacuum first, then go directly behind it with this one.

Easy to use , even though I'am handicapped. The vacuum is very maneuverable. Do not let the weight of the vacuum discourage you from purchasing it. You will realize how much dirt you left behind in your rugs from your previous vacuum. This vacuum is unbelievably fantastic! Thanks Dyson ☺ , from a disabled veteran (USMC)

This thing is an absolute beast!! Omg we love this thing it picks up dirty and grime like no other vacuum we’ve ever used. We are definitely happy with our purchase and can’t wait to use this thing for many years to come!

Best on the market. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Old one lasted 12 years and it is still ok, just time for an upgrade to the Animal + Allergy.

Im 32 and live in a 1500sqft apt. I have carpet in the bedrooms and and hardwood in the main living areas. This vacuum so far has been great. There are so many attachments that its easy to clean every nook and cranny. The main reason I got this is bc I know I would forget to clean the filter. If you can remember then its not worth the upgrade. The length of the cord is a HUGE plus too

This is my second dyson the 1st ran for 10 years and has been retired to being a garage vacuum. The new dyson is amazing. Every accessory you could ever need is included.

Vacuum works great- awesome suction, great, easy to use attachments

We have two long haired collies and this vacuum more than meets my expectations. We vacuumed for an hour when we got this and couldn't believe all the hair it picked up.

We had a Dyson Animal 014 for around 14 years. It finally kicked the bucket. We didn't want to spend a boatload on a new vacuum so went inexpensive and were not happy finally found a good sale and bought the new dyson ball animal. While we are happy with the overal performance, we do not care for the rear wheel stand. It is tricky to get it to lock into place. Suction is great and it does a great job of cleaning animal fur and we have 3 cats and a dog. Just wish the design was better engineered.

I love my stain animal and all it’s attachments. It’s powerful and yet versatile. You have so many attachments for cleaning fans, blinds, dusting or even cleaning pet hair off of furniture. This vacuum does it all and doesn’t lose power. I wish the made steam cleaners/floor cleaners.

I was hesitant about the price of the vacuum but it is worth every penny. I was buying Other vacuumS every year because it would last. It easy to maneuver, it cleans tile, hard wood, stain concrete floors, and carpet, especially next to the baseboards. There are several attachments to use in various places. Great vacuum!
