I have 3 dogs and a cat, plus a teenage daughter so I needed a vacuum that was up to the task. This vacuum is amazing!! I can vacuum over the same area several times and each time the tank will be full. It captures everything that is dragged in from my pets and us. By far the best vacuum I have ever bought. Well worth every penny!

Our old machine finally gave out after 15 years. I bought another one and it works as good if not better than the last one. Good value!

Bought this for Mom, to replace her old Dyson. She likes is even better than the last one. Says it's lighter and even easier to use.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This vacuum is a TOTAL game changer if you have pets!! It gets crud sucked up you never even saw! We have hardwood flooring but use this on the area rugs as well and it leaves nice lines showing it got a deep clean! Highly recommend!!

This vacuum has great reviews and deservedly so, but if you don't have high traffic short strand carpet be careful. We have silk strand, which is a longer shaggish type carpet, and the vacuum has so much suction, it won't move unless I force it to move. You can remove the main plate at the bottom and it will glide easily, but it then doesn't pick everything up. So maybe check elsewhere if you have long strand carpet.

My second Dyson. This vacuum was really expensive, but so far it’s proven to be worth it. We have 6 French bulldogs, and this thing makes light work of hair pick up. I especially love the attachments.

This vacuum cleaner is worth every cent that you pay for it. We were a shark vacuum household but took the leap and have loved this vacuum since its first use. We have to labrador retrievers that shed quite often and the suction of this vacuum is the best I have ever had.

This is my second Dyson vacuum and I have to say this is my favorite one. The suction is incredible, I thought my carpets were clean, but the first time I vacuumed after I got this one home, the canister was nearly full of dust and dirt. I was shocked! Love the fact that it gets around corners too. This one is worth every penny.

The vacuum was requested by my house cleaner so I saved up my points to make it more affordable. We are both very happy with it.

We bought this Dyson to replace our 7 year old Dyson Animal that broke beyond the point of fixing. We picked up our new Dyson from Best Buy as it was in stock and we were back home vacuuming within an hour. Assembly was quick and easy despite the directions being rather vague in some areas. We were quite impressed over how well the new vacuum worked. It seemed to be a big improvement over the old model. We have three dogs and a nine year old son so we find ourselves vacuuming three to four times a week. The first run through the house with the new unit required emptying the canister twice. We were amazed at the amount of pet hair and dirt that came from what seemed to be semi clean floors as we were without a vacuum for two only days. We also liked how well the new unit maneuvered versus the old, non "ball" unit we replaced. The tool offering that comes with this unit is excellent. Some of the more unique tools that come with the new Dyson have proven to be very useful and we liked that the tools came with a bag for storage and handling. We found ourselves recommending this vacuum to friends and family within a matter of days of our purchase.

This vacuum is really amazing. Works fantastic. The only thing we have found is cleaning the cannister can be a little difficult.

I always have purchased cheap vacuums and then always had too pay so much money just too repair it. Decided to spend more and absolutely love this one! It works great and picks up so much dirt and dust. Now i actually enjoy cleaning with this.

This is an amazing vacuum cleaner. It does a great job at suctioning up the dirt that is deep down in the carpet. I vacuumed with a very good house vacuum cleaner. I then vacuumed with this Dyson vacuum cleaner and I got so much more dirt. I would buy another one.

Purchased this for my mom to replace her 15 year older Dyson. Hopefully this one lasts as long! So far she loves it! Great value considering these things outlast the competition

I didn't think the Big Ball would make that much of a difference from my older Animal model, but I was wrong. It is much easier to maneuver. If you have a lot of small spaces you need to get to, I would stick with the small ball models. This is definitely larger, but I am very happy with the performance of my new Dyson.

I bought this vacuum after my older vacuum became difficult to use. The first time I used it I was amazed at how much dirt it removed. I was very glad I purchased the Dyson ( as well as a bit disgusted by how much hair & dirt had been left behind by my previuos vacuum ! )

This is only the second Dyson we have purchased because our other one survived so long. We have three dogs, two of which are German Shepards, and three children. Needless to say since we've purchased this it has been used about once a day. It does an awesome job and the included attachments are perfect for our daily needs.

I’ve had the Dyson Animal Ball for almost 10yr and loved it however it was slowly dying. Bought the v10 animal and loved that but wanted just a little bit bigger head. This vacuum refreshes the carpet and works well. Love Dyson! Highly recommend.
