We bought this vacuum because On our other Dyson the wand quit having suction. We had our previous Dyson for over 10 years. So we upgraded to this one. It has a lot of suction power and does a terrific job.

Had a Dyson for years and finally needed to upgrade. This has the same great quality and feel you would expect from a Dyson.

We previously owned the Dyson Animal which stopped working after 8-10 years. We didn't realize how bad the old one was until starting to use the new model. It worked so much better.

this dyson is a good vacuum. It seems to extract good amount of dirt from the carpets, but also looks like it is extracting lots of carpet fiber. Hopefully that it is not slowly destroying the carpets. Will update in next couple of months. If you purchase, make sure to purchase on a special, sale, so you get the best deal, as they are quite expensive.

This is my second Dyson... First on still works great.. Just wanted a bigger and better one.

I cannot say enough good things about this vacuum. It has amazing suction and power. It is very compact and light which allows for ease of use. The only con is that cleaning the main container can be a pain since dirt sometimes gets stuck, Besides that it is a great vacuum.

it works great on hardwood floors and on carpeted floors

I went back and forth between the newer model Cinetic and the Dyson Ball Multifloor which is the older technology. I was a bit worried about the suction power on the Cinetic. But so far it’s done a great job. I’m glad I chose the Cinetic. It’s quieter than my older model and it’s nice not having to wash the filters.

Good overall but still have problems with it getting clogged with dog hair so a little pricey when there are still issues.

This is my second Dyson. This one seems to be even more plastic, if that's possible. The ball is nice, and this came with a lot of attachments. The device itself is pretty heavy, and hard for my wife to carry between floors. I haven't had a problem when it was my turn.

I am replacing an older Dyson Animal that I purchased several years back. The previous model did not have the cinetic ball and since it was time for a new vacuum I decided to keep it in the Dyson family. I am pleased with this purchase and have no regrets.

This is a great vacuum cleaner. Very powerful and easy to use.

This vacuum was a wonderful purchase. We have cats and it takes care of all the cat hair.

If dogs are a part of your family, you know the hair struggle. This vacuum is amazing for picking up hair, dirt, and dust. I love this vacuum. The only issue with it is it's a bit heavy to push around. Gives a bit of a workout! The results are totally worth it.

The best vacuum I have ever used , plenty of suction n tools for clean all the odd places .

I like the service I get at BB , we get all our stuff there like a new oven & vacuum ,phones , computers everything we need we get it there

I have had many canister vacs as I have wood floors, area rugs and pets. They are not ideal. I decided to switch to an upright and this was well reviewed. It does have good suction but it's bulky and awkward and the container fills VERY quickly. I'm really not a fan.
