We have had our dyson for about 18 months or so. The machine works great on tile and carpet. It does take some practice to get used to letting the ball do the turning for you. At first I kept wanting to force it left or right and kept dragging it. Once my daughter told me to just turn the handle slightly and move forward or backward, wow, so much easier than my old upright. I really like the attachment head for furniture for removing cat hair from ottomans. The clean out of the dust collector is effortless with a simple one click and shake. No filters to constantly clean and replace, yeah! A really good length cord. I have a 2200 sq. ft. home and only have to plug in twice. The only complaint is the length of the hose is a little short when using the attachments for ceiling and wall corners or blinds. I would buy again.

I absolutely love this vacuum after having normal cheap 1s my whole life til this came along it is easy to turn it and maneuver it picks up everything I love it

Absolutely wonderful vacuum. A bit different from other vacuum but picks up plenty of dirt and dust.

This is the best vacuumed I’ve ever used. The power and movement is top notch. It might seem pricey but keep in mind it comes with a 5year parts and labor warranty.

I did a lot of reading of reviews before selecting this vacuum. It surely lives up to it reputation. My carpets have never been so clean. Great product and worth the money.

This has very good suction. I had a Shark Rotator and was very disappointed in the suction and carpet tracks left pieces of lint. Carpet cost is a lot more than a Dyson.

Love this thing! I have a cordless Dyson that is great but needed something a little heavier duty. Worth every penny!

Vac does a great job. This is our 3rd unit that we purchase throughout the years.

Have had many dysons and with 2 German Shepherds we need a great vacuum. My only complaint is that you still have to use your hand to get out any hair that doesn't come out of the bin when you empty it.

I have 2 cats and does a great job of keeping my place clean. Usually have to empty the bin 2-3 times to clean my entire apartment. Great suction even after months of use.

Got it home and put together and it works beautifully. It took a little bit to get used to how to maneuver it with the ball but works great and the attachments are awesome too.

This vacuum has excellent suction. Also, the ergonomic ball design works very well and vacuums with less effort. Removable canister also saves a lot of money on debris bags.

Work great for every type of clean up. The power this thing has makes all the difference in how clean our carpet looks!

Very good suction. Lots of attachments. Hose seems a little flimsy for the money. Mostly hard plastic build. You're paying for the great motor. Everything else is just average.

We have our dogs, plus our kids dogs in the house when they visit. Lots of dog hair. Vacuum makes short work of cleaning the carpets and furniture. Great machine!

This vacuum is worth the spend. My allergies have been way less flared up since we purchased it. The design is smart and easy to use. It came with every tool you could wver possibly need to keep your home clean. The only flaw I can find is there doesnt seem to be an adjustment for rugs, so it gets stuck on certain types of rugs because of the pile.
