This makes the 3rd one that we have purchased (our second rollerball, and one cordless stick). Only downside is that this one is a little heavier than the others that we have but I am hoping that the amount of suction power will more than make up for that.

This time the actual "inner ring" of one of the side panels on the ball actually broke off while vacuuming. Only had it for about 2 years. But as long as Best Buy is offering the warranty plan for around $100, it is better than spending $600 on a new one. Which I won't do again with dyson. Nice vacuum with great suction power but flimsy plastic components and not worth the asking price on these.
