Really good vacuum. Bought it on sale and have not been let down. Glad we paid a little extra to get a quality vacuum. We highly recommend the purchase.

This vacuum cleaner is well worth the money. We looked at others, but felt the Dyson was worth the money.

Just bought this but so far so good. I like it better than my previous Dyson that was not the ball type-able to get into tighter places and is lighter.

We seem to get the dirt canister full of dog hair even when we don't think there is much of it around. I really like not buying vacuum bags. The filters clean easily, just make sure you follow the maintenance schedule.

Great for dog hair. The only thing that I don't like is that the attachment/hose is clumsy to use and does not fit in between tight spaces.

The Good -Very easy to assemble Takes about 5 mins, no need for any screwdriver everything clicks into place. -The design is nice, pretty. -The hose is already attached to the base unlike the other previous models where you have to unplug the hose then attach the long tube then the attachement. It makes it easy to skip one step. -I was able to vacuum my kitchen, hall, living room, office, bathroom without unplugging the cord. -Nice wide head path finished the job fast and easy to turn with the ball. -There was no blowback of crumbs or hair, and after vacuuming I felt nothing under my feet, VERY NICE. I have tile mostly so I turned the brush roll off. And this is a very nice feature. -People with carpet would benefit more from this vacuum though because of the strong suction power and the ability to turn the brush roll on, if you have light dog hair or cat hair this vacuum is for you. With the brush roll on it has the strongest suction by dyson yet. For others with wood tile or linoleum I would recommend the dc24 animal/multifloor, does the same job and at a lesser price. The Bad -A little loud but that is expected with a vacuum with this much suction power. -VERY HEAVY Or maybe I'm just use to 15 lb or less vacuums. -The hose is a little stiff, mine is brand new maybe 3 days old so it might need time to break in but it could not reach very far due to stiffness. -This vacuum is not worth the 660 with tax. Maybe 400 at most. It's price is so high only because it is the newest, strongest dyson yet. -All dyson multifloor and animal models of the same number sequence dc24 dc25 and dc28 have the EXACT THE SAME features,suction watts, and design except THE ATTAHCMENTS. For those thinking that the animal models have better suction power versus the multifloors have it confused.The only thing that distinguishes the models from animal to multifloor is the animal turbine attachement and color Yellow or Purple, I personally think this attachemment is useless and if you don't care for it the animal versions are usually $50 dollars more, wait until the yellow multifloor dc41 comes out. So this might be something you want to consider if you want to save some money.

Dyson Animal works as stated. Wife loves it, says best cleaning job ever. We have three cats, one white and we have wine colored carpet.

Great vacuum, been wanting one for years and FINALLY got it. Haven't used the attachments yet but the vacuum part is outstanding.

We've been waiting to get a Dyson and finally decided it was time. The special animal hair feature was the selling point for us.

This was a great buy, as long as it keeps this quality up for several more years I will be more ok with the price spent on it.

I would buy it again . It is great on pet hair and my housekeepers love using it. It works much better than my old Dyson which I loved too.

We had always had a canister type vacuum, and were reluctant to get an upright. However, it has been great, and no regrets.

This sweeper is easy to maneuver and the suction is good. I think a bigger attachment for the stairs would be beneficial.

for on eof the half-dozen vacuum I've bought in my life, this one is pretty good, rates up there with a good Kirby.

We have dogs that shed and the Dyson works excellent at picking up the pet hair. The Dyson also has great mobility.

I really liked how it picks up dog hair in my home. It makes vacuuming wood floors quick and effective.

I used to have old model of Dyson and it works very good but I give it to my friend. This one is good also but always makes big noise when I change it position.
