    I like how cooling this fan is but the one I got makes a loud vibration noise that sounds like its about to start on fire. I can only have it on for a short while before it does this. Very dissapointing for the high price for this fan.

    Its a fancy fan. Nothing special about it. Save yourself $300 and buy a regular fan and air purifier separately

    Too noisy! Its just been a month and then noise it creates makes it difficult for the person to hear if they sitting closer to the fan

    The remote control feels cheap and extremely small. My dog bit it once and it entirely broke. It doesn’t work with the app, so I have to stand up in the middle of the night to turn on the heating fan. It does not have any “cool” fan option, it just fans air that’s in the room and it somehow ends up fanning hotter air.

    At the end of the day it's just a fan, but it's pretty good at its job. Can probably find similar products out there at a better price point.

    Dyson Misses the Mark

    This fan was unexpectedly bad. It is so so loud compared to other standing fans. The cone of air is huge which is great for big rooms. But for a bedroom, if you crank this thing up to a 10 speed, your curtains may get blown off. I kept it around a 5 and even that was too loud. Oscillation is way too slow for that large a cone. And it's also shorter than expected.

    The fan was pretty easy to set up but it’s loud and even on high the breeze doesn’t feel very strong. I also don’t like that you can’t adjust the height.

    Glorified low capacity fan. I assumed that because this was a Dyson it would be more powerful, dependable, and stylish as an addition to my office and opted to purchase instead of a less expensive model, but unfortunately, my only assumption that was correct was about the style. Otherwise, I am experiencing serious buyer's remorse and would not have purchased if I knew that Best Buy has a limited 2 week return window.

    I see no advantage in buying this over lower priced similar products. The instructions are non-existent. The remote is ridiculous. I have still to figure out how to clean the filter,

    It’s a nice looking fan and easy to set up/use. The ‘cooling’ is unimpressive compared to cheaper cooling fans. Debated returning it.

    Bought this fan and has manufacturer defect, fan got sent back even deliver to my house, and best buy did not process my refund
