Q: How do I get the fan to oscillate, I tried the arrows with no luck.
A: Did you remove the tape? I believe it was blue in color on my fan.
A: Well, for one, I placed the fan directly on a table that was the same height as me sitting down. No ossolation, just on the highest level possible,and pointed towards me. It BARELY could cool me down, so trying to cool an ENTIRE room would be a joke.
Q: Does the Dyson AMO7 tower fan require a filter?
A: Hello Jim, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson AM07 does not use a filter. Our only air multiplier machines that would require the use of a filter are the purifier machines. I hope this helps! Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Q: Does this fan make any noise???
A: Of course it makes SOME noise, but very little considering the volume of air and the velocity. The fan sets up nice air movement 15 feet away. A traditional blade fan that moves this much air would be very noisy. Th Dyson fan does not interrupt conversations, does not interfere with the television, and does not annoy me.

A: You could see. Best buy's staff is very friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help out customers! I got mine and it was very easy to assemble. I wonder why yours was so difficult?
Q: Does this model also support 220v 50Hz input (instead of US 110v 60Hz?)
A: No, Dyson fans purchased in the US are not multi-voltage, and are designed for 110-120V, not 220V.
